A newly remodeled, lovely B&B - very chic decor, gorgeous gardens, especially the rose gardens, amazing views of Assisi in the distance, and super clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very complete with a lot of different options like eggs, yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts, cornettos, fruit, and fresh-baked sweets to choose from. It is served in a lovely dining room. One of the owners welcomed us when we arrived, gave us good recommendations for dinner, and accommodated our request for a ground-floor room since we had our little dog with us. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay here again when visiting Assisi.

Our room was next to the main entrance way so not very private - a lot of people walking by at check-in and breakfast times. However, it was the only available ground-floor room when we checked in and we requested ground floor because of our little dachshund so the owner did his best to accommodate us.

The grounds were beautifully manicured ,the poo clean and were able to use it, the rooms were decorated simply, and were spacious, with a view if the grounds. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was close to the major towns such as Assisi , perugia, spello and spoleto. Very relaxing place to stay and unwind. Would recommend anyone to stay here. You wont be disappointed.

Loved it all. If they would have had lunch or coffee accessible, it would have been even better, but still doesn't take away from the place at all. That would not deter me from staying here again. We brought back some food which we were able to eat at the grounds so that worked out well. Dinner isn't served here but the staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants near by , which were very good.

Everything was amazing. It is close to the historic city of Assisi. The breakfast was really good, many homemade items, and the staff is super friendly.

The period of time we went, mid February, we couldn't take advantage of all the resort has to offer. I would recommend going around May. I bet it will be a perfect time.

The property was very well located, we were able to visit a lot of towns around Umbria because the hotel is very central. The staff was incredibly nice, the pool adds a lot of value to the property and we really liked the breakfast they offer

Everything was good. We would suggest to have filtered fresh water in the lobby at all times.

Our only concern was the comfort of the rooms - the bed mattresses were a little firm and the sheets were not very cozy. We also had a hard time controlling the air temperature to get it to cool down.

Room space could have been bigger. Coffee is served by the host/owner, one cup at a time. So it becomes awkward/embarrassing when you have to request the host for multiple cups of coffee/tea.

Beautiful gardens, super breakfast, great staff. Just a short drive from Perugia airport but seems like a different world.

The bed was too hard for our liking. And there was a mix up with the keys we were supposed to be able to collect for our late check in. But thankfully it all got resolved and the owner was very apologetic.

The place and the owner are great, beautiful location with over looking of the Basilica of St. Francis. Andrea is very accommodating and friendly. Nice place to stay and probably we will come back and stay again.

An absolute oasis not far from beautiful Assisi The garden is amazing and so lovely to wander through after a busy day The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom Best shower of our 5 week trip !! Andrea was a superb host and cooked a typical Tuscan meal for guests one night we were there It was amazing !!

This is a spectacular Agriturismo that is owned and run by a most wonderful family. Andrea, his Mother and Father are simply the most accommodating hosts ever! Beautiful clean rooms and an amazing garden, terrace landscape imaginable! Loved everything about the property.
