Very friendly and helpful owner, the hotel is great value for money and within easy walking distance of the centre of Arezzo. The room was clean and comfortable with a ceiling fan which cooled the room nicely even in June. Would thoroughly recommend and Arezzo is a fantastic historic city.

A very practical hotel.. they also had sink in the room so u dont need to go the bathroom just yo wash your hands or face if you’re in a hurry. it’s clean, they had also balcony that i need to breath a fresh air in the morning.. relaxing… it’s easy to reach by bus.. 15 minute walk at the station.. but familiarize the place before your train travel by walking.. must know first the schedule of buses.. ends at 8 pm

Near at the road.. hear buzzing of cars but it’s mamageable but still 10 for me.. The bed is nice matrimonial and comfy.

Basic hotel near the center (10 minutes walk more or less) at a good price. If you travel by car you can park along the street in front of the property for free. Friendly and helpful owner, he also advised us a nearby restaurant where the food was good for a fair price.

It’s very close to the city center, 2 mins walk to a bus stop, 15-19 mins walk to the Train station. And opposite the Hotel is a Tanking station to tank your cars. And parking I guess was free.

No welcome drink. Usually a bottle of water should have been given to Guest at arrivals considering the price and tax payments. My thinking tho!!!

Nice old fashioned Hotel in central location and although dated it was quaint and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good value

Great central location, easy check in, very friendly staff. We were in a room facing the street and slept very well. The hotel is undeniably dated but everything worked well and it was clean and comfortable at a very fair price.

Ideally situated in a genuine neighborhood just a short walk from the historical center of Arezzo. The proprietor was extremely helpful and welcoming, and the room very clean and comfortable.

*Clean bed. *Owner is very pleasent. *Parking available on the street in front of the hotel.

*The shower stall needs to be cleaned with bleach to remove some mold and water stains.

a little far from the old city (about 15-20 min by foot). If you have a room on the ground floor it can be kinda noisy.
