Beautiful trullo at an unbeatable location. Everything clean and thought of. Check in and check out were very smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A very magic worthy experience!!

Nothing to do with the accommodation but mind that the trullo is in a turistic place. And although is a bit hidden and not in the hustle and bustle pathway you still have “heavy traffic” of people passing by throughout the day. Unfortunately there are disrespectful people. We left the door semi-open to have some fresh air coming in and a woman passing by decided to come in into our trullo. As she sneak her head inside (literally trespassing) we asked her out and close the door. Again nothing to do with the hotel or the staff as they cannot control this nor do anything about it but mind the fact.

The location was difficult to get to; my husband has a handicap and there was no handicap parking near. We were able to drive closer to unit to drop off luggage but had to park quite a distance away.

No safety deposit box. Either had to select to have a boxed breakfast delivered to unit or we had to drive close to deli that would provide breakfast. We had to drive because my husband couldn't walk on the hill where the trullis are.

The property was clean, bright and had great facilities.

The bed was a bit hard which a mattress topper would solve. The thing that was an issue were the tourists looking in the windows and the front door. The constant flow of people lining up outside the door for a photo was overwhelming. One woman hung off the ladder attached to the front of the trulli and pulled it off the wall. Not much peace and quiet.

Perfect location, very clean rooms with great communication from host. We forgot something in the rooms after check out and they advised us within a couple of hours and arranged for it to be sent.

The breakfast is held at a Cafe and on both morning we were told that part of the breakfast we paid for had run out and there were no other options.

Our accommodation was clean, cute and a great experience for our short stay. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. We had a late arrival and our host kept in contact with us to make sure we got situated properly and were able to navigate parking. I had also left something in the room after check out and the staff have been so helpful after my stay with me trying to retrieve my item. They went above and beyond and I'm so thankful!

The Trulli was amazing and super well kept. Comfy beds and plenty of space, nice breakfast too in a near by café, although you can also select to have breakfast in your room.

The check-out date is extremely early. We couldn't arrive until 8.30pm at the Trulli and the day after had to leave for standard check-out time at 10 am. Almost no time to enjoy the experience with such an early check out time

It was lovely to stay in a trulli. Away from the crowds but a very short walk down into the center of the historical area. Nice courtyard to relax in. Trulli was clean and modernized and very comfortable.

Carrying luggage up to Trulli was a little difficult but well worth it.

We had a wonderful stay in Alberobello, thanks to the accommodations characteristic of trulli. We had lots of space and it was clean and in the middle of town, with close access to all of the sites, restaurants and shopping. Two couples shared one trullo, which had a king bed in one room and a queen in the other. There was a kitchen, which we found unnecessary and would suggest that they replace it with a bathroom so that there are 2 bathrooms for a larger group. The reception staff, Emiliana and Margo, were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Most amazing host, gone out of her way to assist and give recommandation. The Trullo no 21 is set on a small street just of the main square. So its quite but central. All facilities were there, very comfy. Breakbox was great too. Everything perfect.

No soundproofing at all, one can hear everything thats going on the street. But because it is a small side street, everything was quite at night and didnt bother us

Very spacious, clean and beautifully renovated Trulli. Walking distance to the main street. Comfortable bed, lots of fresh towels.
