Nothing was bad at this location. Very busy, many people staying at the facility. Room was clean hotel was well above average for the many I have stayed in. The young lady at the counter seemed a little off at first. Found out she had a severe headache and was trying to get it under control. She went above and beyond to get my mothers phone connected to wifi for her and was very helpful even though she did not feel good and the lobby was very loud with many patrons. The beakfast was what every hotel that serves breakfast should be. Regular continental breakfast fare with fresh juices, milk, toater items and such. But, they also had a chafing dish set up with fresh scrambled eggs, sausage links, and french toast( which is above what I have seen with others). This made for the perfect breakfast before getting back on the road for an over 800 mile road trip. Then lastly, my mother had an issue and I had asked the young lady in the morning if the had sanitary napkins available for sale. The young lady said no but then went in the back and brought me out 3 for my mother. That is above and beyond and she should recieve special accolades for this. I would 100% stay here again and would wish that all hotel stays were like this one. 100/100.

There was nothing to not like. Even down to extra pillows and an extra blanket in the closet for my mother who always seems to run cold.

The staff at the front desk was amazing! Megan checked me in and was so personable and had a smile on her face. She recommended places to eat, and they were both yummy. Conner was amazing too! Very helpful and a well-mannered young man. These two are great at customer service and good employees!

The breakfast location was a little small with a booked hotel. Food was good, but just cramped. Need another waffle maker too as it had a long line. Two would be a lot better than just one. I checked in on Thursday, July 18th and checked out July 21st and not once had maid service. No one checked on our room, checked to see if we needed towels or even asked to dump our trash. When we were checking out Sunday, I was asked when we'd be gone by the maid service. And no, the door hanger for privacy was not on my door handle. Not a big deal since it was only two of us, but would have liked for someone to have asked me if all was ok or if we needed anything.

My husband, myself, and our 2 shi tzus were moving cross-country. This hotel and location were perfect after 8 hours of driving. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly and checkin/checkout were very fast and easy. Breakfast was great. Times available were good and the options were pretty good. The soap and shampoo/conditioner were also better than expected. I liked the small shopping/restaurant area where the hotel was. There were sidewalks with grass where we could walk our dogs and get a little exercise ourselves.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom and sitting area. I don’t recall asking for a quiet room - regardless it was pretty quiet other than some screaming kids but that’s not a big issue for me. Staff was super nice and easy and check in was quick and painless!

There was no info in the rooms for WiFi or really anything else but I was just there overnight so it wasn’t a big problem. Had I been staying longer I would have wanted that info. The room was a little dated but still super clean.

Manager made us fresh decaf when we arrived at 9pm since the pot was almost empty. Doggie poop bag dispenser outside was empty, but the manager refilled it right away. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was pretty good. Cinnamon waffle mix option was a nice touch. Whole wheat bread would have been nice, instead of white. You could tell the scrambled eggs weren't made from fresh eggs, but I still ate them. Bacon was good. Room was clean. I really appreciated having vinyl floor instead of carpet since who had our dog. I didn't have to worry about prior dog pee in the carpet that might tempt my dog to go.

Breakfast was excellent. We had a very nice assortment of breakfast foods. It was the best breakfast we have had compared to other hotels that offered "breakfast included". Entire hotel was extremely clean. Bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and super clean. Location was excellent. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff was very personable and friendly. Overall we had a great experience here!

Clean spacious room. Small fridge and microwave. Quiet in the evening. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was simple, nothing amazing but good. Parking was easy. I would stay again.

Breakfast: Toaster was at an angle so when bread was done it flew out if the toaster and onto the floor. Didn’t like the sausage gravy. Biscuits were ok. Eggs were not good, powdered I think. Need sausage at breakfast. Coffee was good. Room: need access to streaming videos. Only had tv channels with tons of adds.

I requested one room for my nephew, staying with us for two nights and a reservation made for ONE room, TWO nights, at the COMFORT INN AND SUITES, ON NEFF AVE., HARRISONBURG,VA. A mistake has been made! instead of TWO NIGHTS, I was booked for TWO ROOMS. This needs to be corrected and the $150.56 needs to be returned to my credit card-- DISCOVER CARD, for overpayment for an extra room. The Mgr. @ the hotel said that this must be corrected by you, the hotel cannot do that. This mistake must be corrected immediately. If I am overcharged I will not deal with BOOKING.COM, or this hotel again. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The DISCOVER CARD is in the name of DONALD R. TRIPP. The location was good and close to several restaurants. We really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant nearby - Sushi Jako. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I checked in online and only had to pick up the room keycards at the desk. Very efficient.

We did turn the heating/air unit off. The room was comfortable all night without it and it was making a fair amount of noise.

Liked the breakfast room. Happy to see hard boiled eggs,in particular. The check in clerk was very kind about our dog, and didn’t feel the need to question us about the fact she is a therapy dog.

Front desk person was in work, and clearly under the weather. I know getting help is difficult, but people should be encouraged to stay home.
