I loved everything about this property. When you check in they give you warm homemade chocolate chip cookies. The staff is very friendly and inviting. The room was clean with a fully stocked kitchenette.

The view from my room was a dumpster, parking lot.

The location, the cleanliness and room sizes.

There was an issue with the fire alarm during our stay. It kept going off and staff did not explain what the issue was. First time it went off, we evacuated as instructed. I have no issue with evacuating during emergencies. The issue was it went off 3 more times where the message was cut off so we had to check to see if we needed to evacuate and staff said we didn't. It occurred again the next day with the message cut off and when asked staff what the issue was they were vague. I suspect it had something to do with the elevators because they weren't working.

The hotel is clean and in a slightly quieter part but still very close to everything like the boardwalk. Staff was amazing, has a Starbucks in the lobby too! Balcony has a solid wall divider so you have privacy from other rooms while sitting outside. Parking garage was right beside the hotel, and for hotel guests only. The room had a bathroom with a shower/tub and sink and toilet. PLUS there was an additional vanity with a sink outside of the bathroom so you could still use it while someone else was in the main bathroom. There was an additional toilet that was on its own, so nobody had to wait . Being a family that was a plus.

That we did not stay longer!! Would definitely go back, awesome experience! Recommend 10/10

Let me first begin by saying that the service here is exceptional. The front desk at Ocean City’s DoubleTree is very accommodating and will go out of their way to make sure that your room is ready ahead of time. They will even call you to let you know your room is ready. Our stay included complimentary breakfast at Marlin Moon where we were treated just as well. Our room was oceanfront/beach view and was just 100 feet from the beach with a direct path from our room to take a dip and the pool was directly to the left of our room. Returning to Ocean City soon and won’t be staying anywhere else than DoubleTree!

Everything at DoubleTree exceeded our expectations, but the customer service was superb!

The hotel was in a great location close to restaurants, Tony Luke's, CVs, Burger King, and other stores. Our room was clean, and the beds had plush mattresses and firm pillows. We love our ocean front balcony, and we even seen a group of dolphins swimming in the ocean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There is nothing to report. Our hotel stay was wonderful.

Perfect location, beautiful views, nice pools, room size great.

Only issue was room service. We didn’t get room service Sunday or Monday as she showed up at 730 am…kids were still asleep and we were eating breakfast. She said would be back later. Never came. Had to ask for towels to shower several times due to that, place overflowing trash in the hallway and sheets weren’t refreshed for three days. Literally ONLY complaint about the entire 4 day stay. And even then it was only a minor inconvenience.

My wife and I loved the balcony overseeing the ocean. We also loved how big/soft the bed was since we walked a good bit each day and it was good to have somewhere comfortable to crash and sleep. It was also great and a surprise to have a hotel that has a hot tub for us to soak after a busy day.

There is nothing we can think of that was a negative here.

the staff was very welcoming and inviting from the moment you check-in. the location is amazing, with the proximity to the beach and the restaurants and shops. I haven't been back to OC in years and it did not disappoint. The beach was very clean and not too crowded. The room was cute, clean and cozy. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the free cookies were a bonus!

Room was more than I needed as one person but I loved it I didn't feel cooped in! I loved how close I was to the beach, the view from my room was excellent!! the bed was very comfortable, no complaints,

The pillows took a little adjusting, simply because they were not my familiar home pillow. When I arrived at midnight, the front desk was unoccupied, I searched for someone, (all I wanted was to crawl in bed!) debated whether to knock on the office door, I spied a phone on the wall and so I used it to call the front desk which was only 30 ft from me. In a few minutes someone came out of the office, he appeared to be a little disoriented, like he may have just woke up, He was kind, and he soon had me on my way to my room.

Loved the view to the ocean, the beach - location is excellent. Breakfast was quite fine. Room was comfortably sizable.

Air conditioning / ventilation was extremely noisy, thus we completely switched it off. We were lucky, since we did not really need it due to end of October weather. I expected much better equipped gym, quite useless for me - probably o.k. for an average or beginner trainee. I had a quite heavy and loud debate with the receptionist about late check-out, however, it was finally resolved and staff became nice instead of being unwilling to consider my small request.
