We spent a night only since we landed late and at night. Breakfast was fair, supermarket just in front and the area is peaceful and well maintained with many places to eat. Parking 80% discount, 20 pesos

Breakfast could be improved just a bit more and to have at least a tablecloth to put your plate. AC was noisy

Nice staff, good buffet breakfast, close access to the airport, parking access from the mall, spacious rooms. Free wifi was ok.

The pool is next to a main road and could have been cleaner. The rooms could have done with a deeper clean too (stains on headboards etc).

We always stay at the Hampton the night we arrive in Mexico, before going the next day to Isla Mujeres. There's gated parking, several restaurants nearby, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. The queen room is our favorite ~ very comfortable.

Convenient and clean near the airport. Very friendly front desk staff recommended a fantastic lunch spot across the street.

Second time staying here and this room was close to the road so it was slightly noisy.

We love the hotel and the gated parking is important to us, as we travel with bicycles on the back of our car.

The only thing we always have trouble with is getting there. One wrong turn, and it takes a while to remedy that. Even with our phones GPS on, it's difficult.

We stayed overnight between flights. The hotel is well placed for the airport (about 20 minutes by car) and the shuttle to the airport went smoothly. (The shuttle is free, but the driver expects a tip on arrival). The shuttle does not operate from the airport to the hotel. The staff were very helpful in booking (then changing the booking) for the shuttle; in the event we were the only passengers to the airport. Breakfast was a generous buffet and more than adequate for our needs. We appreciated the swimming pool: the water was a bit cloudy (an open-air pool near busy roads) but absolutely clear of any leaves, insects, etc. It was a pleasure to be able to swim before our long flight home. The hotel is next to a shopping centre with a choice of places to eat.

Cancun is big, so being close to the airport means other parts of the city are relatively far away. We had originally intended to visit a museum or other place of interest, but due to limited time in the end we stayed close to the hotel. But hey, you take your choice.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really good.

They only had breakfast with no option for lunch or dinner but there were plenty of restaurants around.

Especially Front Desk Staff Was Very Helpful Fast and Always Very Polite During Check-in

Pillows Can Be Replaced With More Softer & Smaller Ones

Needed to take taxi's everywhere as it's difficult to get anywhere otherwise.
