Delicious flavour of Excellent prepared fresh food, fusion of tastes from Breakfast, Lunches , dinner casual dining. Great buzzing atmosphere of fellow guests travelling onwards on their journey. Shuttle service tool and from the airport to both terminals. Giselle & team at reservations & Reception are ever so helpful & informative. Maidei & Eoghan looked after us whilst dining. So friendly and lovely to chat with. Gavin & Declan looking after all their customers , guests and.local diners so professional.and genuinely caring to all their guests. The staff members were friendly and helpful. We got an upgraded room for no reason, which was much appreciated after several days of travel. The rooms were clean and spacious. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and drinks were excellent. The servers were very nice and courteous. The best things were the air conditioning in the room (almost no other hotel or b&b in which we stayed had air condition) and the free shuttle to the airport that left every 15 minutes. Very easy; eased a lot of stress!

The pillows weren't great (a little flat), but I felt that was common in all places we went in Ireland.

Location was easy to find, staff very friendly and helpful, room was great and very relaxing

Ordered room service which was very easy and reception were very helpful, I ended up ordering the mushroom risotto with charred asparagus and a sticky toffee pudding, the food arrived very quickly and I was so impressed with the service but the risotto was very bland and had a very strange crunchy texture, I didn’t see any asparagus on the dish as I didn’t enjoy it i left most of it, I did however eat the entire sticky toffee pudding it was delicious and I was hungry. The breakfast selection of fruit and bread was limited, 2 types of bread to choose from, fruit looked like canned fruit, there was a fruit bowl but no fresh fruit prepared. A few pastries but again a small selection.

Lovely hotel in a great location when flying from Dublin airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly in the Runway 28 restaurant. Food was tasty and well presented red. Unfortunately we could experience breakfast as we were on an early flight. Shuttle bus driver on our return (4.00pm on 4.7.25) was very friendly and helpful too.

We had a room with a balcony but there were a lot of cigarette ends along the balcony which didn’t make it pleasant to sit outside.

The Carlton On-Airport Shuttle was punctual and the driver was helpful, especially on our trip back to the Airport. The staff was accommodating for requests for a room change to higher level room after the initial room was located on the ground floor with little to no outside view and sunlight. Also on a late change to take an earlier shuttle to the airport in the morning. The room was very clean and functional. All in all it was comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was very quiet even with the on airport grounds location.

The room and fixtures were showing some age. No hair conditioner available for the shower. Breakfast was not included with room.

Room 312 looking over the airport with a balcony. Exceptional. Just absolutely beautiful room. Everything you needed from tea, coffee ,robes and shower creams etc. They put the courtesy bus on that morning when we were not sure would they with the storm Èowen. Very good hotel with exceptional service.

We unfortunately had a terrible experience. The window beside the balcony door was not closed properly or got blown loose and it was the night of storm Èowen.My husband went to close it and the frame plus window came away. We got an awful fright. The wind blowing into the room was frightening. Not the hotels fault. As I say it was the night of the storm. But the night time staff/security were more or less telling us we were wrong and must have opened the window. We are approaching 60yr of age and had settled down for the night as we had an early flight. They did move us promptly to another room so we could get some sleep but their attitude towards us was not nice.

Very good location, close to the airport, but not at the airport itself, so the planes did not disturb us at night. Transfer from the airport by hotel bus perfect. Hotel Staff very nice and helpful. Room large, bright and comfortable.

Bathrooms a bit damaged by damp, could do with a little renovation. It wasn't unpleasant, but didn't fit in with the rest of the very nice hotel. Average breakfast, if you don't like British breakfast, you don't have much choice to eat something different, filling and healthier. There was a lack of vegetables, but there were yoghurts and fruits (some fresh) and good bread.

This hotel was the perfect spot for us to stay for our early morning flight from the Dublin Airport. The room was huge, the bed was comfortable. It was a great place to just relax and get ready for our trip home. Front desk and airport shuttle staff were all great to interact with. The bar/restaurant were perfect for our needs.

The shower head (I know, this is pretty picky) is a little dated and was surprised to see it. It doesn't have the typical modern capacities to alter spray, nor a spray wand. Seemed odd in this otherwise really nice hotel.

Excellent places (with a corresponding price tag)! The shuttle pick up from the DUB worked very well but it is small (6-8 people). The staff was very friendly and attentive and you have complementary water and cookies in the room. The room was big and super comfy and very clean!

I reserved the shuttle at 420am to go to the airport because with this small shuttle, it can get packed. Unfortunately the driver didn’t check and some people were left behind so really have to make sure to be out there and ready to get onto the shuttle!
