The hosts could not have been more helpful. I was ill and was able to be seen by a doctor after hours, thanks to the hostess. Her bread was lovely, everything in the home was neat as a pin.
I have back problems and sleep on an extra firm mattress at home. The mattress I slept on was soft, so I was not as comfortable as I would have liked. Due to the illness, I had to sleep sitting up, so I sank way down, LOL. Room was compact and you had to step up to the bath, could be a hazard for older travelers, we took precautions to be sure we didn't.

This place is heaven. Mary, who runs it, is like your mother when you stay there. She constantly makes sure everything is perfect, her breakfasts are so delicious and you can actually pick a different type each day! The rooms are super clean, the smell in the residence is positively unique, the location is perfect and you even have a free parking place and tons of it. The WIFI is free of charge, super fast. The water is hot all the time, there is plenty of towels and the beds are super comfort! I would never recommend any other place in that area! if you are near Killarney you go to Mary and dont even hesitate. Thanks a lot Mary - you are the very best!!!
Nothing. there is nothing I can say.it was a perfect match from the moment I got there till the moment I sadly had to leave back home.

Host Mary was exceptionally kind and accommodating, as well as being very knowledgeable about the area and helping us navigate interesting things to do while we stayed there. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for two of us while traveling with luggage. The attention to detail was very much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and everything we needed to keep us going throughout the day. The location was perfect - just a leisurely 20 minutes or so walk from downtown, so we could enjoy a pint or two and then walk back to the B&B. Perfect from start to finish!

Room was very clean, the accommodation was on a quiet road with private parking, There was a choice of breakfasts, we chose continental that was fine. The room was a little on the small side, but comfortable, well equipped and nicely furnished. It was well located to reach the places of interest in Killarney.
The accommodation was a little further from the centre of Killarney that we anticipated, so we had quite a walk into town to buy dinner.

What a lovely place to stay! We were here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. It’s an excellent base for visiting Dingle, Ring of Kerry and the Killarney National Park. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was ample free parking on the street outside. Breakfast was good. WiFi worked well. Mary, the host, was extremely kind. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.
Everything was perfect

Mary obviously is proud of her B&B, and is the second best so far in 7 stays. She had thought of almost everything. Nice modern and spotless, good breakfast. Rooms have almost everything you need, nice shower with simple wall mixer instead of a tonne of scrap metal hanging off the wall taking up valuable space. Glass screen. Even had a real cake of soap and a face washer for those who like a good scrub up, did not have to use my own this time. But where was the shampoo ;-). Ample table and luggage storage space. And the TV was actually facing the bed from a wall mount. Plus I got my room serviced which I was not expecting on a 2 night stay.
Minor. A delay in confirming my check-in time as Mary had requested I arrive earlier than possible as she had a family gathering to go to. Although the bed seemed to have a good mattress, it was a little firmly sprung with not much give or with a pillow top to sink into.

Clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed and hearty breakfast every morning. Was great to unwind after a long day of walking. Mary was friendly and helpful and made sure I had a good stay. Her husband even took me to the station the morning I left.
My fault for not checking a map more carefully - it was a bit of a trek (30 minutes) to walk from the town center and I didn’t end up renting a car! There was a business card for a taxi service in my room that I could take advantage of. But being outside of town meant it was nice and quiet, so I got restful sleep after several nights in the city.

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed B&B on a quiet, residential street. Breakfast was piping hot and delicious. Mary made sure to check in with us daily about our stay and how we were enjoying Ireland. On our last night, we had pre-booked a taxi for the morning, but in the morning, it said none were available. Mary got us straight with a local taxi right away.
N/A I would definitely stay at Rye Brook again.
