Location is great. Easy walk, half a block to downtown and shopping. Was a great experience - would strongly recommend this property. There were four of us traveling and we couldn’t have been happier with everything - especially the location. We had a late arrival, I notified the hotel and they left clear instructions on how to find the lock box and get the keys. My only suggestion would be to have clear instructions posted in the apartment or in the email about check out. It was listed what time check was, but we left early and the office wasn’t open, so I left the keys in the mail box - hope that was okay.

Very well positioned and well appointed. Rooms with their own ensuites were very comfortable with a separate kitchen and lounge area. Easy to relax in lounge after a busy day and great breakfast/kitchen area for eating. Staff were great though it would have been helpful to be advised lift was available. We were shown through access gate 3 but not advised lift access through access gate 4. In any case helped with the fitness in lugging our cases up 3 flights of stairs from underground Carpark. Our fault, we should have asked !! Really enjoyable stay.

Excellent parking & location. The kitchen was well equiped & Great to have a washing machine. One member of staff ( unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was outstanding and fixed a problem with the water pump to the bathroom as soon as she heard that I had a problem.

Unfortunately I didn’t notice the water pump problem until after hours. Could not get a response from after hours numbers. Reported it the next morning but when I returned late afternoon it still wasn’t working.,Thankfully when I went to the desk the ‘outstanding’ lady was there. She came to the room & fixed it in minutes.

Fantastic staff at park place apartment, rang during the week to say we maybe late after 6pm, had no bother, got a phone call Fri with lock box code, told me about parking, what room we were in will give the staff 100%. Apartment was beautiful, very clean everything you would want is there, great location walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants. Plenty space there was 4 of us all we're delighted with our apartment. I cannot wait to go back again to killarney, will definitely be booking these apartments, much better than any hotel, and price was great to, thank you very much for everything.

Fantastic location close to everything. Very helpful staff, especially Anne at front desk who I had called in advance regarding the accommodation. Spacious apartment. Underground car parking is especially useful and convenient. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Some noise from the apartment above us from 5.30/6.00 am, sounded like kids dragging the furniture around. When staying again I'll be booking a penthouse apartment on the top floor because of this. The building is starting to look and feel a bit dated so that could be addressed.

Location is absolutely exceptional to enjoy Killarney town. Staff were lovely and friendly. Hotel style beds and linen. We were a family 2 adults, a 3 year old and a 4 month old baby. We requested the ground floor apartment, so our toddler could get a few minutes to scoot around on her scooter safely within the gates of the premises. A real gem in Killarney. We will definitely be back! ☺️

The towers hotel pool (which you can use as a guest of park place apartments) didn't seem to have a kids pool, so we went to Gleneagle hotel and it didn't disappoint. It had a massive toddler pool.

It's very good with lots of space and great location

The doors were a little tricky to open, different from where I come from. Had to get help to get in and out first few times. Would be good if there was help first time. We were arriving late and office closes at 6 pm I communicated late arrival and there was no response. Luckily we made it on time. However there was another party that arrived late and they were not aware that key would be left in a lock box outside. Had that been us, we would have had the same problem. The lady called the number but there was no answer for her. Luckily one staff member forgot something and returned to office and helped her Maybe better communication about after hours procedures for accessing facility would help.

The apartments benefited from new carpet since last time we stayed and made a big difference. Last time we stayed they were very tired and we were not going to stay again! But having looked at the time we visiting this time they were definitely value for money even though we knew they maybe tired but having booked again we were pleasantly surprised at the improvements. Overall very happy. Great service for checkin and out. Great location. Will stay again. Thank you Park Place..

There was nothing not to like in fairness.

Location is premium. Right at the top of one of the main streets in Killarney, so at walking distance of shops, restaurants, but enough out of the way that you don't get the noise. The apartment is clean and practical, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen contains all the necessities except food, so it's possible to safe some money on some of the meals. On site parking as well. Beds were very comfortable

One of the frying pans had a rounded base, So could not be used on the hob. The provided pillows were a bit bulky but too soft at same time. A selection of pillows would be advisable

Location, convenience, clean, handy, nice handmade soap products in the bathroom, warm

Only thing was when we arrived, a few cars (including myself) had to congregate outside in our cars and didn’t know where to leave the car while we went into reception to get the access car to the underground. There was limited space at entrance to the Carpark and it was messy. But that was only a minor complaint. I think a lot of people were arriving at the same time on Friday, 5th July in/around 4/5pm with the ring of Kerry cycle on the next day. Also, we were in apartment 210 and it seems the only access to get to the car park was through the outside door, unless there was an alternative way which we were unaware of. Might be handy for the receptionist to inform upon checking in about access between rooms 200 and the Carpark.
