My recent stay at Ibis Surabaya Tidar was quite pleasant overall. The hotel's central location was undoubtedly one of its biggest assets, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in Surabaya. Additionally, their commitment to sustainability by offering refills for water in glass jugs instead of plastic bottles was commendable and appreciated. The food quality was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the Vegetarian and Amante di Carne Pizza, which was truly delightful.

Firstly, the hotel does not provide a toilet kit, which may inconvenience some guests who forget to bring their own essentials. Additionally, the room size was on the smaller side, which could be problematic for travelers with large bags or those who prefer more spacious accommodations.

- Room is clean, newly renovated and aesthetic. - Small but decent gym. - Close to city center.

- Room is too small, especially if you travel with big luggage, almost no space to move. - Front office staff are somehow lack of smile. - Too small lobby, only two tables with three pairs of chair and not so comfortable if you have guests waiting downstairs.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel had a gym and a restaurant which was a bonus. The location was good a short grab ride away from the train station and 20 minute walk to a mall and plenty of cafes. I would recommend and stay again.

Even if I forgot to put the do not disturb board on out the room door though not suppose the room service come at 8 am and keep nocking the door waking me up to tell me silly thing ‘room service’

Clean and good location to the town. Landry service was fast.

There was one song that was repeated all day through the whole building, at the reception, in the hallway, the elevator, the breakfast room, the .. everywhere! It can makes you crazy. No bar.

The gym. Small but sufficient. The lighting and decor of the room are also classy. Love the ambience. The guling/bolster pillow/dutch wife is a nice addition.

There is no water bottle in the gym, only dispenser, with no glass or container.

the room is comfy, warm, latest style interior, water heater works fine, the area is close to shopping & culinary center.

that time the room a little dusty, hope in the future will be better. and the room is too small but still ok for transit. breakfast taste for me is not so good just ok, not many variants.

Breakfast set up is just nice and food is good.

The towel in the room needs to be changed, it got wax outer layer and unable to wipe properlyO

Breakfast is good, coffee is not good, and the bread is okay, but less options

Room side is a little bit tiny, but very clean and new. However, there is a little bit far away from the shopping centre (15mins walk), but in the near future, here would be a wonderful location!!
