We arrived late around 11pm-12am midnight and the security guard was there, did not understand English but showed us the villa and how to open the door and everything, his posture was excellent that we understood what he meant and apologised for his English. The ladies out front were the cherry on top! English was fluent, so caring and kind, remind you daily of changes to breakfasts etc, advise you of activities and local stores (massages, clubs,etc), there genuine about you and your families safety and want you to enjoy a great stay with them and at Bali. The communication here was excellent and the mosquito routine every day and rechecking if it’s okay with us to come in clean our room and do mosquito routine every night was great!! They check if it’s okay with you to come into the villa when you’re not around and ensure you have a great time when you leave. The villa we stayed in had everything we wanted! Kitchenette, Pool chairs, bathroom, everything!! All yours and all private to yourself!!! Change towels daily, give you an extra towel per person, change bedsheets, clean the kitchen and every 2nd day the pool! I advised them I would love to come back again with my siblings!!! They are currently also renovating a 3 bedroom villa and will be up to purchase too!!! Shops all just around the corner, mini mart/supermarket on both sides of hills just a 2-3min walk, plus a laundry just outside the villa! Breakfast came with the purchase daily, which was convenient!!! The stay in total was amazing!!!! Not to forget we also had an issue with trying to pay and they made it extremely easier by converting it into AUD$ and gave us a discount!!! IF YOU HAVENT ALREADY, STAY HERE!!!

The Villa was great value for money. The staff was amazing. Komang was such a lovely staff who will always welcome us with a flower and the other staff too was very kind and helpful. The Villa was close to the town so we could walk for all 3 meals. They also offered us a shuttle to drop us to places we would like to go within Semniyak which was really great. We loved the Villa and the pool with colourful lights in the night. They would put a mosquito coil every night. Highly recommend.

The kitchen should have better facilities like a Fridge with a Freezer as we had to ask for Ice every time we need and the food we bring could not place it in the fridge as it was not very cooling. Kitchen looks very old for the villa.

Villa was amazing for the price, we had a private pool, an out door bathroom and an out door kitchen. The host were lovely and helped us check in despite arriving after midnight. The location was very close to the action, whilst also being hidden in a secluded and private side street so there was no noise issues.

Although the Villa looked great on first glance it was a little run down. Checking out we used card, the card machine was not working properly and was required to pay online through a link. although I trusted them, the online link and UI was not the best and felt bit shady and it took a little time to do.

This place offers you a private space with very good pool, provides kitchen as well. Its location is also very close to so many cafes and restaurants. And the staff at reception is really helpful and accommodating.

The aircon was not good and filter water was provided but that was in outside area in dispenser, and it was not cold. So my suggestion is they should provide water bottles in room. But the staff is really nice, they bought new pedestal fan for us to beat the heat.

The layout of the Villa was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool was a good size, which was kept clean. There are numerous restaurants and massage establishments nearby.

It is situated between Seminyak Beach and Seminyak Square, both of which are very popular with tourists. Both of these locations were a bit too far to walk; however, the Villa provides free transportation to and from the places you wish to visit.

I loved the layout of the villa… how the pool was centred and the bathroom was in open space (which helped with humidity). The location was perfect, just off the main strip but quiet. There was also a free shuttle van into the centre which was handy. The staff were so welcoming and friendly… always of assistance and very helpful. The also visited on the evening with mosquito control techniques. I loved staying here and would recommend!

Very kind and helpful workers with good English. Service was excellently good. No mosquito problem due to daily cleaning and spraying. Location is very good, close enough to the central places but not too close so it was silent and no scooter sound problem.

Pool could be a bit cleaner since there was insects inside the pool on the ground. This kind of problem generally exists in Bali accommodations with pools. Only solution is an active cleaning and pumping system for the pool.

Really lovely place. The pool was very large and all the facilities were clean. Both the inside and outside areas are very spacious with beautiful nature around. The location was absolutely fantastic - lots of great breakfast places and restaurants around. The area is quite and there‘s no crazy traffic like in other areas. We spent a whole month there and would definitely recommend this place if you‘re looking for a quite getaway.

We were updated to a 2 bedroom villa ( one bedroom was locked ). But the accomodation was fantastic. Great sized pool and even hot tub available. Would highly recommend kiss villas. Close to everything and staff were lovely.

Only negative was that we asked the cost of opening the second bedroom ( my daughter and myself would have liked to have seperate rooms as the the other one was available anyway… ) they wanted to charge us full cost of another single bedroom villa …. Over $100 AUD…. Thought that was a bit much considering the only other cost would be cleaning one bedroom.

Beautiful at night with coloured lights in the pool. Comfortable bed. Private pool was clean and well maintained. Nice space to come home to after the hectic streets.

Breakfast had minimal options. Needs a spot of paint here and there and a bit more upkeep in the bathroom is needed, however the gardens were very well maintained.
