Loved the location. It was down a driveway of the main road. Easy access to shops. It was Very quite although it was located of a busy road I couldn’t hear any traffic. Staff were soo lovely and were always accomodating to all our needs. The grounds were very tidy and rooms were cleaned everyday. The Breakfast buffet menu changed everyday and had a variety of foods to choose from. 24/7 security guards at the gate made us feel safe when hopping in and out of go geks and grab cars.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and the variety was amazing! Freshly cooked as per your order. House keeping kept the room immaculate and cool. The central location was easy to get to for my conference or shopping. Surrounded by a variety of dining facilities. I will return annually and would love the same villas.

Beautiful villas and gardens, clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. 2 great sized share pools, plus own pool in villa. Great location, straight onto main road of shops, cafes and restaurants. Delicious choice of breakfast with freshly made to order eggs.

The villas are over 2 floors, 1 bed upstairs and 1 bed downstairs so not most ideal set up with a young family or toddler keen to climb. Also there is no safety gate or barrier around the pool, which also has slippery tiles when wet.

The gardens were beautiful. Two bedroom villa was very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor bathroom was blissful. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The location was great, not overly busy but a central point to move around Seminyak. Beds and pillow were super comfortable.

The floors were so noisy.. we sounded like elephants as we moved around the villa. The villa was clean but always balls of dust left behind.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The welcome drink was delicious! The staff were very quick to help with any queries or requests and were amazing with my kids.

The shower head in our villa was cracked, a little more care with maintenance would be beneficial.

Loved the private pool in our villa. it was great to hang out and relax. The staff are really friendly and helpful 👍 Desamuda is in a good spot, plenty of good restaurants and Warungs around.

The property is a bot dated. Could use some renovation.

Stayed for 8 nights. Wonderful, quite accomodation just off the busy street. Many shops, restaurants nearby. 20 minutes walk to the beach. Staff was very welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with any request. We contacted villas before the arrival and they arranged airport pickup for us which was very helpful. Villas located in beatiful surroundings with well kept gardens and walking paths. Breakfast a little bit basic but had everything that was needed. Freshly cooked omlette - delicious. Villa itself was spacious enough for 4 adults. Private pool was good addition. Villa was kept clean, housekeeping came every day. We enjoyed spacious bathroom with an outdoor rain shower on the first floor and the balcony on the second. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hot water in the shower was available every day, any time of the day. Drinking water also was provided in the villa. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the accomodation to everybody!

Everything was wonderful

The location was excellent (across the road from West Coast Tattoo) and handy to shops and restaurants. We had dental appointments and this was an easy walk to Sunset Dental. The breakfasts were varied and of a good standard . The staff were happy and friendly and always smiling and ready to help. It was raining quite a lot during our stay and we were able to order taxis / borrow umbrellas. We had the villa , which was very comfortable, with our private pool and it was cleaned daily.

The villa is looking a little tired and could probably do with a makeover, but it was very clean and did not really detract from our stay.

1. Check in was easy and seamless, welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch, was raining when we checked in, and a bit of a walk to our villa, but umbrellas were provided. 2. Buffet breakfast daily was good, variety was limited but did the job, standard buffet breakfast hotel resort style, local fresh fruits options was nice, pastries a bit stale and limited options available. 3. Private pool and spaciest 3 br villa 4. Friendly staff. shout out to all the resort staff and Suena for being extremely helpful in recommending places to dine.

Our 3br Villa was looking its age, visible wear and tear, would really benefit from a makeover and minor touch up here and there, chipped and missing tiles, weathered paint, dusty blinds. One of our bathroom toilet was constantly making a loud flushing noise which was annoying at night, resort fixed the issue first thing in the morning, but noise eventually returned. Villa 17.3

Sesamuda village is about 20 minutes away from Seminyak beach by walk. On the way there are many local shops and eateries to spend time. Location is excellent. Villa is quite big and clean. Breakfast has many varieties. Staff is polite and responsive.

One or two lizards were seen in the kitchen and living area. I understand that the property has open kitchen and therefore it is not possible to move them away completely. Although i feel windows and doors of the rooms and living area can be sealed so as not to allow lizards to come inside the rooms. Hot shower may be arranged for those who need it.
