The receptionist handed over the keys once I had checked in and another member of staff took my luggage to the villa. The room was serviced every day, unless I asked them not to. The shower was great, lovely shampoo and shower gel, bathroom was stocked with extras, such as toothpaste, comb, insect repelent gel (in case of mosquitoes). The pool was lovely and easily accessable with outside furniture next to it under the verandah. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The temperature indicator on the aircon unit was really bright and white, I usually sleep in total darkeness so this took some getting used to. No ceiling fan in this villa, which I would have preferred at night instead of the aircon. The internet wasn't that fast and dropped out on occasion with two people using it.

This property is SO underrated. The location was absolutely perfect. The second you step out of the villa there is a street full of markets which leads you to Seminyak beach / center after 10 minutes of walking. There were also so many gojeks ready to take you where ever you needed to go. The villa was absolutely beautiful and so clean, as well as the staff being so lovely. Having our own pool in the room was also a huge plus. Villa was super quiet and i felt super safe here with reception being open 24/7. Wifi was very good also! Breakfast was optional and we would put in an order the night before for $7 AUD.

This didn’t bother us at all because we were out and about a lot, but lunch / dinner wasn’t available so be prepared to have to go organize that yourself. Other than this, everything was perfect and couldn’t recommend more!

Collecting the villa keys upon arrival was incredibly easy and hassle-free. The staff greeted us warmly, opened the doors for us, and immediately took charge of unloading our luggage and baggage without us lifting a finger. They brought everything to the reception area first, where we were invited to sit and relax while they handled the check-in process. Check-in itself was smooth and straightforward ! It's just a quick confirmation of our details at the desk. Afterward, the staff carried our luggage to the villa and gave us a thorough, helpful explanation of everything as we walked. We also ordered a birthday surprise for our dad for only IDR 450,000, which included beautiful rose decorations and a rose bath and my dad absolutely loved it! It was a seamless and memorable start to our stay! A big thank you to the staff for their amazing help !

Love everything! The breakfast weren’t that great. Suggest to have breakfast outside at any other cafes or restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and I the shuttle service was a nice surprise and very convenient. The Daluman is location is roughly 1.3km from the beach (Double six beach), so a walkable distance, but often we took the shuttle to go and a taxi (Grab) to come back just because of the heat. Just to say, the shuttle service is a one way only service, but still very convenient. It was also fun that I could rent a scooter at the hotel, and they were in very good condition, almost new (7500km)! There are enough restaurants in a 500m range for diversity.

The only thing for me I would have like to have would have been a desk with a chair, as I had to do some work and there wasn't really any good place to do so. Whether it was sitting in the bed or outside on the couch (though for the back either situation). That is the only thing negative I would have to say,

The TV’s in the living area and bedroom definitely needs a upgrade. Volume on TV in living area was distorted and way too small. Needs to be upgraded to a smart TV

We loved having our own apartment with outside plunge pool (although this didn’t get much sun during the day but you can use the main pool). Gorgeous room with huge bed and huge, modern bathroom with bath tub. Staff had kindly decorated the room with rose petals as we were on our honeymoon, free of charge! The property also offer shuttle services to nearby areas e.g. Kuta and Seminyak for no extra cost. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room came with a fridge and other appliances although we didn’t cook but chose to eat out - there are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Walk to the beach is about 15 mins - it is down a very busy road, however you can jump on a motorbike taxi (can also get the grab app) and pay less than £1. Overall would definitely recommend!

staff was very friendly, helped to arrange airport pickup swiftly (with additional charge). they were also super open to provide us extra water and the insect repellent lotion. loved it so much i bought a bunch home!

In the shower, the water does not immediately run hot. you need to turn on the water for a few minutes before it turns warm. we could also hear our neighbours, very fortunate that they were considerate and kept the noise level down after hours.

The villa design was excellent. Love the attention to details where you put the frangipani tree in the middle of the pool. The bathroom were lovely. And it was immaculate. Staffs were also very responsive polite and easy to talk to

There were a few mosquitoes, but it doesn't bother much. The breakfast was a little plain, though they do provide floating breakfast which was a nice gimmick. It's not exactly at the heart of the Seminyak area, but great enough to be able to visit a lot of places. It's just within walking distance of 15 - 30 mins to most places around Seminyak

The villa is very nice with cozy swimming pool. Each of the facility as per pictures. Centrally located. Free shuttle provided in a minute was exceptional. Owner of the villa was so kind to provided each of the facilities to guest after we checkout he facilitate us to take lunch at their restorent, really exceptional and like it. Highly recommend we wood like to stay again and again.
