Great location - hotel spotless - majority of the staff all happy - pool staff great and the swim up bar a must for the afternoon sun - the juice bar is another must - Local guy we used for tours was call The Dogs Bollocks - great value and great guy - he will take you to all the site -

Minor item - food could have been hotter on the barbecue nights and did get repetitive. Pool could have been cleaner close to the swim ip bar Neither of these should put you off -

The entire staff was super pleasant, always pleasant, always present and available, they made us feel like we were in paradise😍.The Hotel is close to all the other resorts.Therefore, we can cross and appreciate all the other complexes, on foot or by bicycle.Really wonderful.

There were two things: the beach towels were in very bad condition. And all of drinks white or spiritual were not good. So i choose the white wine; and even a normal wine in the pool were served from the bag box.🤢

We stayed at SOL by Mélia for 3 weeks and it was amazing. Staff was absolutely lovely, very responsive and helpful. Our room was great, located on the ground floor and near the swimming pool so very easy access to outside. Although there was a lot of mosquitoes around (which is expected when you go to a tropical country), staff really tried to reduce the nuisance as much as possible (eg. Frequent fumigations, staff sometimes offering repellant at the dinner table). Activities included in the all inclusive package were great (eg. Stand up paddle, kayak, bike). Every day there was an activity around 4pm, including bag painting or yoga class. There often were shows in the evening around dinner time (eg. Balinese dance, cabaret, live music).

It could have been made clearer what is included in the all inclusive package and what is not. For example, there was a juice bar near the beach and it was not clear that we could take things from there with our package. Buffet was nice but it could have been more diverse (including one or two more western dishes as to not disturb too much our usual diet). It would also have been great to have allergens clearly written on the dishes' labels.

The only thing I would change is at the pool bar. We go for a swim and don’t want to take our money, but you have to pay a deposit at reception to purchase food or drinks at pool bar! You should make customers either hand room card ofer until the end and they sign bill or simply allow guests to charge to there rooms.

Large clean room and bathroom, good views, excellent pool, very friendly staff who were fantastic with our 1yr old. Beach was well groomed. great variety of food and drink on the all inclusive package.

Food quality was good, but not outstanding compared to what you can get in a decent restaurant outside of the resort. However, this is the same for all resorts in my opinion.

I went there with my husband for our wedding anniversary, we stayed for 4 nights. The room was Comfortable and spacious. There was Delicious food and Gluten free options Available! I also enjoyed the selection of healthy smoothies and tropical fruits. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the beach and there are activities included such as bikes, paddleboard, kayak, etc. The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful!

The pool is closed at 7pm, which was a bit early for us. We would have liked to be able to swim after a long hot day exploring Bali.

Everything was clean, accessible and well laid out. Room was cleaned and reset to well each day. All staff were very helpful. Food and drink options were varied and plenty. Loved the resort cat, which we named Tarte during our stay. Had to request nurse for consult and they then supported BIMC dr come and visit and administer medication.

No shaded swimming during the day. Would prefer a filtered water dispenser in rooms rather than bottles. I had placed the air conditioning to our specific needs (24 degrees, on low fan speed), but each time the room was cleaned it would be changed back to 16 degrees, full fan - we developed fevers from the drastic transition between outside and inside temperatures.

Firstly, the staff were amazing…beyond amazing! All so polite and willing to do anything to make our stay perfect. Our room exceeded all expectations and the grounds were well maintained and spotless. The food was great, three restaurants to choose from and if there wasn’t anything I liked at the buffet there was an a la carte menu to order off.

The only negative thing I can possibly say is there isn’t much to do outside of the hotel. However, we planned on having a relaxing holiday by the pool so this wasn’t a major issue.

The staff were so nice always with a smile and very accommodating- The ones who come to mind are Made Diasa(kitchen restaurant), Augustini at the Italian restaurant and Tarzan at the pool bar.

The room we were first given smelt like mould. We were transferred to another room which was very slightly better but still had a very strange smell. Rooms are looking very tired. Sheets and towels not white but grey. RESORT DEFINITELY NOT 5 STAR. I would say more likely 3 STAR⭐️⭐️⭐️
