It’s very kid-friendly (family paradise). The waterpark, pool, playground, and lots of activities for kids and adults ;) Staffs are very welcoming and they will assist you in every way. In main building I think they lack of staff and they can’t do it for the guest most especially in the dining area. Its just there’s more selection in main building but otherwise I love the staffs in family paradise 😍

We spent 5 days in Grand mirage and the selection of food for breakfast is almost the same from the mains to the desserts. The food on our last day like the pasta and nasi Goreng is very spicy 🌶️ unlike last 4 days it’s for everyone’s palate and bit disappointing as my baby love pasta.

It was a really good property for kids.

We were travelling with grand parents. We didn’t know there was a kid paradise part which we were booked into the grand parents were booked into the adult part of the hotel. It would be helpful if we knew it was 2 different hotels. One of the water slides in the kids pool is not fit for kids my 5 year old daughter hit her head on it it didn’t hurt her to much and my 8 year old cut his finger on the water slide. It was the blue one.

This was our second time staying at this resort; Dec 2023 & Dec 2024.The kids (12,11,5) enjoyed it so much last year, we just had to come back this year but this time with my parents.We stayed one night at Dynasty Resort in Kuta and we could not wait to check out and go back to the Grand Mirage.The cleanliness, facilities, the crowd, the location -it is so much better!House keeping are super attentive and the friendliest people.Cleaned our room in the morning, replaced all towels, then come back in the evening to empty bins, replace towels again if needed.If you're not in the room, they remake your bed with a cute frangipani arrangement saying "Good night". It's the little things that we love about the Grand Mirage.The resort is split into 2 buildings, a short walk between the 2 either on the street or on the beach.Family resort is obviously for the families with children who can enjoy the pool with the water slide, playground, water park and games room.The Thalasso is mainly for families with older children or just for adults which features an adults only pool with amazing beach view and another pool.My parents stayed at the Thalasso and we stayed at the Family resort in the Juniors Suite.Last year we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite - highly recommend!Each day we would alternate where to have the amazing buffet breakfast.The Chopsticks Chinese seafood restaurant with the voucher you receive from the resort brought our dinner bill to $130 and that was for 7 people.For reference, we're islanders so we can EAT :) Coco mart situated directly opposite to the entrance of the resort was a bonus for cheap snacks. Plenty of spas and tattoo parlours on the street too. Each night we would try a different restaurant on the street. Highly recommend Happy Buddha sports bar and restaurant; owned by a lovely couple from Melbourne that's only a short walk from the resort.

No fault of the resort, but the family in the room above us (we were in room 112) were very noisy. You could hear the children's foot steps as they run around and would bang on what seemed like everything.

Great stay, the place is top notch and facilities are in good shape, the breakfast is great and has wide variety of cuisines, the pool is very nice and the infinity pool have chaise longues where you can lay down and watch the ocean while relaxing. The staff are super nice and super friendly, I asked for connected room, and on check-in date it was not available, but next day they arranged for the connected rooms and made sure that we moved everything with us to the new rooms

The beach is not suitable for swimming, it has seaweed and is very shallow to some distance (it is unfortunate as the water was nice and the beach was sandy). The restaurant dinner options were not always good (the Seafood night was good, but the Indonesian one was not so good). The water sports advertised at the beach are a little bit expensive.

Fabulous breakfast, wonderful variety Spacious room with walk in shower Entertainment every night Wonderful Staff You could walk across the road and get a message ( stayed open until 10pm )

Restaurants were open air, I'd prefer closed in with A/C

We enjoyed the resort's inclusive amenities. It had everything we needed, and our little girl enjoyed the mini water park, swimming pool, and activities. The peaceful area allows us to relax and enjoy our short holiday.

The drinks and food were slightly expensive, but it did not bother us as we always ate out. Maybe in the future, provide guests with information about other activities that can be explored around the area, such as Nusa Dua Beach and the Peninsula. We only found out on the last day, the information from the taxi driver that there was a free shuttle collection from the hotel to Nusa Dua Beach and Peninsula. Nusa Dua Beach was beautiful, and the peninsula has big shopping centres and heaps of restaurants. A beautiful park and place.

Beds comfy, the food was exceptional and great value. Buffet breakfast was next level - couldn't fault it - such variety. Pool for kids was good. Atmosphere around resort was friendly and a bit of a vibe, pretty quiet. Best part was yoga and the spa.

The kids club was just a babysitting service in a room - could have been better with more activities organised. Also a shame to have to walk out and around to get to main restaurant/other resort - feels very separate when there could be a more obvious internal path from 'kids' resort to main resort - feels like you're banished away. Kids splash park was dangerous - slippery tiles and no consideration given to safety. Other kids pool with slide wasn't the safest either.

We had an amazing time at Grand Mirage Resort. All the staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. They’ve arranged us a special table at breakfast for my son’s birthday, and made his day extra special with their singing and bday cake. Such a memorable experience, esp for my son. There was no dull moment, there were heaps of activities to keep us all entertained. My kids’ fave were the water park and foam party. My daughter missed out on the mermaid class coz we had to leave Friday morning but will make sure she gets to do it when we come back next time. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Stunning hotel, very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Comfortable beds, good sized bathrooms, beautiful views from rooms. Amazing amenities from multiple pools, bars, kids clubs and restaurants. Delicious food- hats off to the chefs, great variety each night, entertainment most nights also. Beautiful spa, great therapists and lovely face and body treatments.The staff were so friendly and literally could not do enough for you! All amazing at their jobs!

Two things: no USB ports to charge phone or devices, you are in trouble without the correct adaptor. And I thought that all the activities were available everyday, we chose here because of the rock climbing and the mermaid swimming but couldn't do either as they weren't available, that was disappointing for the kids

The family room with the bunkbed is great for families with kids - the breakfast was good but can do better for a 5 starts hotel. The service was excellent. They knocked on our room with a cake for our anniversary and decorated the bed with flowers which was a nice gesture. The activities for the kids are limitless - its just great for the kids. If you are an alcohol drinker go for the all inclusive as it also includes water sport activities which is a great value for the money. Only downside is the food

I would only say that the food in the restaurants is not good. We had dinner at the Grand Cafe and I would sadly give it 2/10 …
