My friend & I spent a week at Laguna Reef in separate beach huts. We loved this hotel!! The quiet location & ocean outlook was exactly what we wanted. The rooms were comfortable, cold fridges & a/c. Staff were kind, attentive & so friendly, just like staying with family. There is a minimart at the end of the street for snacks & drinks & there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. If you hire scooters it’s very easy to get around the island & across to Ceningan. Taxi prices are high on Lembongan tho, be prepared to pay $20 for a round trip to jungatbatu beach. Overall we loved it here & were sad to leave! I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you to the staff that were so kind & accommodating!!

Once you’ve exhausted the nearby restaurants, it can be annoying to get to places further away. Don’t leave any food out in your room - the rooms are occasionally visited by rats looking for food, this can be disruptive during the night. A fresh towel should be offered daily, due to the damp nature of the bathrooms.

The staff where amazing . They are kind and so polite. I hurt my ankle on an outing and they were so accommodating. They brought me ice and suggested that I go to the medical clinic. The manager drove me there, waited for me then got me home.

Both sliding doors ( from room to bathroom and and from room to balcony) were extremely hard to open and close. The one to the balcony was also very loud and had a nail or something similar in the door lock. I damaged a new dress and my friend also scratched against it and had a scratch that drew blood.

Everything was perfect. But what me and my wife mostly loved was the confident that we felt from the staff. They were so kind and helped us in everithing. Always ask them what to do in the island. They will suggest the best services with the better prices depending on the time you have. I will strongly suggest to my friends and come back as soon as I can.

The air conditioner and fan were so quiet that we could hear the waves on the beach and the breakers on the reef. Ketut heads the family team including Kadek 2 &4, Komang & Lou “ the greatest masseuse I have ever met”. Beautifully kept gardens an abundance of bird life. With all of the better establishment’s on the island offering complimentary transport to & from, being a little out of the way is a joy with out a downside. with superior accommodations at a 1/4 the $ of Mushroom bay. Thanks for a wonderful week at the end of a post covid dream come true!

Amazing location overlooking the ocean and channel between the islands. View of the seaweed farms in operation. Nice pool overlooking the sea. Ocean front restaurant. Nice cabins with all you need. Cabin beautifully presented on arrival. Walking distance to some major sights and Mushroom Bay. All you can hear is the sounds of nature. Loved that there was no TV anywhere and only quiet gamelan music at the restaurant.

Restaurant was ok, but limited choices, which is understandable, as there were only two cabins occupied and limited staff. Most staff didn't speak English, but were friendly.

The view was incredible, very nice and helpful staff. We arrived one day after expected due to the volcano eruption. They were really understanding and offered the night we did not come, which is a really nice gesture ! Thank you again !

Some things could be a bit refreshed, like a plug not working, or the fridge with marks on the outside. I mean, it was still great but a few improvements could be made to be even better. Also, the breakfast choice could be improved, but it’s good there are options !

We stayed here for one night with friends. When we arrived we weren't too sure what to expect. However, when walking through the gardens and you see the view, you realise it's totally worthwhile. The staff were so lovely, especially Sita who couldn't have done more to help us. The grounds are immaculately kept, the food was delicious and freshly made, rooms were super clean. There's nothing bad we could say at all about here. If you're looking for somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle of life this is the place to go. Thank you for such a chilled stay ❤️

Beautiful location facing Nusa Ceningan and overlooking the algae farms! The staff were extremely friendly! The room was cleaned every day, including towel changes. The air conditioning in the room was potent and the bed was very comfortable.

We were missing some shelf/ storage space for our things and clothes in the room. There was a small wardrobe with hangers and some shelfs, but for two people it was a bit too little. Hence, it was a bit difficult to keep our stuff organised. Otherwise it was nice :)

The staff was wonderful — manager generously gave me a lift to the other side of the island more than once. The room was beautiful, and outdoor bathroom was really cool. The grounds are gorgeous.
