Great place with probably the best location on the island. Only steps away from everything you need for your holidays. Very good breakfast included with your booking and it goes from early in the morning all the way until 3:00 pm… what??? The stuff is always friendly and helpful. They have no problem with checking you in 2 or 3 hours before checking times if the rooms are ready. Highly recommended and for what you get, believe it, you can’t beat their price. Thanks to the manager Karla always trying to help & to make changes if u need to. I’ve been here a few times and always talked to her about anything I needed and everything was solved without any inconvenience.

I recently stayed at Pesona Beach Resort & Spa in Gili Trawangan, and I must say, it’s an absolute gem! The location is perfect—right in the heart of all the action, in the middle of the vibrant nightlife, and close to the beach. While my room didn't offer an ocean view, the resort's proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy the stunning seascape just steps away. The staff truly made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of their family. The reception team is simply amazing! They were always so helpful, smiling, and spreading good vibes every single day. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it really made my experience special. My room was comfortable, with daily cleaning. I loved returning to my cozy space after a day of exploring or enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The attention to detail and care for guests' comfort is truly commendable. If you’re looking for a place that combines a perfect location, in the middle of Gili T’s nightlife, wonderful staff, and comfortable accommodations, look no further than Pesona Beach Resort & Spa. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Gili Trawangan!

Pesona Beach Resort is located a short walk from the ferry terminal on Gili T. They have a dive shop, spa and restaurant on site. All staff were wonderful, specifically those working at reception.

Given the party atmosphere of Gili T, the property is next door to a rather happening and loud night spot that plays music until early hours of the morning. Staff made us aware of this on check in and provided us ear plugs. Wait times for meals were quite long, even during breakfast when the restaurant was empty.

Our stay at Pesona Beach resort was amazing. On arrival, the staff advised us we were receiving a free room upgrade. Staff were extremely helpful and offered to help us book snorkeling on arrival as well. The hotel was very communicative even prior to our arrival, kept us in the know of events going on and the staff were very personal, always addressing us by our first names in passing. The pools were refreshing and generally very quiet. The hotel is located on the main strip, we rented a bike the first day but found we didn’t need it as everything was within a short walking distance. We would highly recommend Pesona as a stay on Gili T :)

The hotel is a very beautiful small hotel. The food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Evening time, the hotel is so nicely lit and looks amazing . Very understanding and nice manager

NOISE and noise and noise. Night club next door open till 1am and then you get the drunken people shouting from the top of their head. So if you come to gilly for diving and partying and getting drunk till early hours in the morning, this hotel is perfect. But if you want to relax then go somewhere else where you can sleep. Swimming pool mainly for diving lessons and food slightly over priced

Pesona is by far one of the best options close to the port. They might be more expensive than other places but they have rooms spotless clean, cozy and prepared 100% to meet all your needs. They also have a Restaurant, Beach view, and 2 pools (one facing the beach next to the restaurant and another one behind - more private). Location is central and 250mts aprox from the main port. Restaurant food was AMAZING. Literally the best Nasigoreng I had in the island. Decoration is beautiful and they also have access to the beach front.

The only thing is that when I booked they didn't mention our room was upstairs. Wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for other people. Worth it to mention next time

Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the harbour. 6 choices for breakfast were included in our stay and breakfast was on point! The staff were all so kind, helped with everything we needed, including a little first aid treatment when we first got there as I had a fall on the boat over from Bali. Met the manager on the last day of our stay, a fellow Canadian ❤️ Honestly wish we had booked a longer stay at Pesona and on Gili! Until next time!!

The breakfast was extraordinary. Lots of great dishes to choose from, all filling and included fruit and an amazing cappuccino or latte, with non-dairy milk options, hot or iced. The staff was plentiful and always extremely friendly. The place was bohemian chick, loved the vibe and location. A club next door had a late night but they more than compensated for the noise that night. I asked for a quieter room and had no problem falling asee

The location is perfect. Smack bang in the action. Noise didn't bother me at all. Didn't even need the ear plugs. The pool out the back was the only cold pool on the whole island. It was literally amazing. Food is great 👍 Rooms were clean and lovely. Beds comfortable and icy cold aircon. Would highly recommend paying the extra for the poolside rooms. They are much bigger and nicer than the others. Will definitely book here next time I return. Also loved all the cats that lived in the resort. Highly recommended the massages at the in-house spa.

We paid extra to have a room near the pool and it was worth it. The hotel restaurant is very good for both breakfast and other meals. The hotel is next to the port.

Cleaning has not been done in a few days and we were told that we have to request this service to have it done. The sun beds at the beach and pool are removed at around 5 pm, which is very early, considering that the beach is dirty and you cannot stay directly on the sand. I recommend water shoes to go to the sea, as there are a lot of corals and rocks and also mosquito repellent.
