The hotel was ok- good room size, small patio with every bungalow, bed was ok. It was just on the beach and the restaurant staff was great- serving great food and drinks at the beach.

hotel staff looked a bit bored all the time, sockets in the bungalows were not too good- it was only 1 for use in the room, too far away from the bed and you had to switch off the lamp if you wanted to use other socket.

Great location right near the best beach for snorkeling and swimming. A bit away from the party area but close enough if you want it. Deluxe room was great (not bungalows). Spacious, fridge, kettle, excellent quiet aircon and good shower. Good WiFi. Cleaned regularly by the happy obliging staff. Breakfast was also good. Pool was clean but we only swam a couple of times. Water free at reception. These rooms are very sound proof, so no noise at night at all. Happy with our 10 day stay. Would stay again and we've been to Gili T six times now.

Looks a bit shabby from the front and the deck chairs on the beach need an upgrade. The bed is slightly firm for me. More people need to stay here to keep the upgrade coming along.

Right on the beach. Staff all friendly and responsive, modest but adequate breakfast included, bikes available for hire. Small pool but clean and just the thing when you need a quick cooling dip rather than the sea. Pool front room had handy small fridge (others don't). Airconditioning powerful. Sunbeds available on beach where drinks and snacks are available until mid afternoon. I'm a cat person, so happy that there were quite a few around, mostly just sleeping or kittens playing.

Very small room, no storage or hanging space for clothes etc- disappointing given that it's by no means the cheapest place around. It's also quite a way (more than1km) from the harbour.

The location was amazing. This place is very relaxed and has a great beach with turtle point right there. They serve nice big breakfast. The staff is great. My key from the bathroom broke in the lock, and the guys have fixed it within 30 min. Location, atmosphere and ambience, staff, cats and breakfast all great.

Toilet, the bathroom in the bungalow by the swimming pool is in a bad state. Would need some painting, new mirror and some more care. The swimming pull would also need more care not super appealing to jump in. The sheets and towels had stains and holes they should invest in that for sure. The toilet seat also needs changing. They are renting bikes at 50 000 idr a day, I think it should be included in the bungalow price so people can just use it when needed or rent it at much reduced cost than other rentals, as their bikes are in a quite bad condition.. You can get beautiful and great working bikes for the same price elsewhere if you need.

The place is right across from the beach which is amazing, specially when you wake up in the morning and you have breakfast at the beach as the structure provides tables with chairs as well as beds. Also, it’s close to the port and the busy part of the island, but not as close to hear the noise. It’s quite tranquil and I loved falling asleep with the sound of the waves. They also rent bikes in the structure which is the best thing if you want to get to know the island. The staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you all!!

The bungalows and the pool might need a bit of maintenance, and the bar by the pool is still a work in progress, but apart from that , it was lovely.

The rooms are really comfortable (I stayed in building room not bungalow) and slept like an angel, good AirCon and spacious room. The location it’s great as this is a beach front hotel but a little walk needed to the center of the island, probably 10/15 minutes walk… not big deal.

They had issues with water supply ( not their fault though) so a couple of days had to shower with salty water… common problem in the island right now. The pool needs more maintenance as the water don’t look very clean.

Great little hotel right on the beach away from the noise but only a few minutes to the man area, love the beach area with plenty of sun lounges shade if you want or full sun , rooms lovely & clean good size , hot shower , bar fridge coffee & tea everything you need , minimart at the front of the hotel & great staff with good English very helpful with any questions

Very basic breakfast

The staff was super friendly and a good laugh. Happy to help and accommodate when I wanted to stay longer. Just outside the noisy area but still within walking distance of all nearby restaurants and beach sitting areas. Towels were clean and smelled good! Large bathroom with HOT water!

First room near the pool didn't smell great and the beds were quite hard. In my first room I couldn't lock the bathroom (open bathroom) but I didn't feel unsafe or worried for my items.

Great location just a few hundred meters away from the main part of town but far enough away to not get noise. Walk a few steps and your at Turtle Beach and see turtles every time you go swimming or snorkelling.

The staff were amazing and the location at Turtle Point, the best on the Island.

Didn’t have a blanket so a bit chilly overnight. Could have asked for a blanket from reception but would have been nice to have had one in the room. Otherwise a lovely stay overall. Thank you
