Ignore the negative comments about this property. The location is stunning, beach-fronted with amazing staff who are working around the clock to provide a 5star service whilst carrying out improvement and maintenance the facility. the pool is very clean, the private beach area is probably the cleanest and nicest beach area on the islands and the food is good. The breakfast (considering it’s included) is of good quality. If you’re here looking for a western breakfast and moaning because you cannot find all elements of it, you’re probably holidaying in the wrong country. Before straying here I read negative reviews about the quality of the facility, it’s not a 5 star Dubai resort and doesn’t try to be, the people moaning about this need to appreciate the size and infrastructure of the island and notice compared to he rest of the island it is very good quality. I found it to be very good, clean and of a high standard. I’d definitely recommend it to my friends and family and would stay here again.

Seri Resort is on Gili Meno’s most beautiful beach. There is a coral reef right in front of the hotel full of marine life and teeming with turtles. We saw turtles everyday of our 5 day stay, even seeing 21 turtlea during one of the days. it was absolutely amazing to swim with them all around you! The property itself is simple yet stylishly designed. There was great chill music playing everyday and the restaurant served good and interesting food. But the hightlight of Seri is definitely the staff!!! Friendly and fantastic service throughout our stay. We were very impressed and will definitely return!

We liked everything but would make two small recommendations -- to put a closeable door on the bathroom and to include some ventilation in the bathroom.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for the second time – and we’ll definitely be coming back for a third. If you're visiting Gili Meno, this is truly the best place to stay. The rooms are very clean, and the accommodation puts great emphasis on sustainability and minimizing its ecological footprint. The beds are extremely comfortable – in fact, out of our three weeks in Indonesia, this was the best bed we slept in. The beach is a dream. Right outside your door is a beautiful snorkeling reef, and I was lucky enough to spot turtles every single day. But what truly tops even the amazing beach is the incredibly kind and warm staff. They anticipate your every need and make you feel completely at home. I especially want to mention two wonderful people: Dani and Wan – thank you for your heartfelt hospitality. I truly hope we’ll meet again. The breakfast is also excellent. From the breakfast area, you have a stunning view of the beach and the ocean. In summary: everything was perfect. Thank you for this amazing stay. To quote my wife: This is simply our favorite place in the world. (By the way, we travel to Southeast Asia every year!)

Everything was Perfect.

Really great location right on the beach. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. It is on a part of the island with the best beaches (in my opinion) and excellent snorkelling. I saw a turtle within two minutes of entering the water. There are sun-loungers for use, snorkelling gear and kayaks for rental, beach towels provided and a great breakfast included. The restaurant has really good food, pricier than local warungs but not by too much. The best thing was the staff. So helpful and so accommodating. They really went out of their way to make the trip memorable. Would go back and would stay for longer than two nights if I do.

We spent three nights at Seri Resort and had a wonderful experience. Our first night was in a standard room, but we chose to upgrade to a bungalow for the remainder of our stay — and we’re so glad we did. The bungalows are truly idyllic and offer a much more peaceful and picturesque setting. On our first evening, the resort hosted a beach BBQ accompanied by a live band from Lombok — they were absolutely fantastic, and the BBQ was delicious. The second night featured another beach BBQ, but we opted to order from the regular menu instead and both had the spaghetti bolognese — it was unexpectedly amazing. On our final night, they hosted a movie night on the beach. Although we didn’t watch the entire film, the setup and atmosphere were such a lovely touch. What truly made our stay so special was the staff. Every single team member was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. A special shoutout to Dwan and Dani — the only names we managed to catch — but all of the staff played a part in making our visit memorable. The resort’s setting is stunning — peaceful, beachfront, and we were even lucky enough to spot turtles! I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first after reading some mixed reviews, and I can understand the comments regarding the standard rooms. But if you book a bungalow, you truly can’t go wrong. Thank you to everyone at Seri Resort for making the fourth stop of our honeymoon so special. We’ll treasure the memories!

Standard room & communal toilets weren’t the best, but they were clean and tidy.

The location of Seri Resort and the fact it is adults only was a huge draw for us. Alongside the reasonable rates, it was a great choice. The resort is on the beach and a few steps into the sea you are faced with amazing snorkelling. We saw an incredible array of fish, coral and sea creatures and the highlight was swimming with and observing the beauty of a turtle. Magical. You can hire the snorkelling equipment on site or book one of many guided boat tours. There are no cars on the island but you can travel by horse and cart. if you do not want to walk. However, you can walk from the resort to other beach bars / cafes if you want a change. The food was great and a good choice was offered. They also have planned events such as film night where you can watch a movie while enjoying dinner or while relaxing on a beach lounger. Views of Mount Rinjani on Lombok also stunning. A HUGE plus of the resort are the staff. They are exceptional, attentive yet not intrusive and focused on making your stay the best it can be. A special mention goes to Dani, who really looked after us. A very relaxing break. Highly recommend Seri Resort.

We chose a private villa with pool but would not next time. The villa was spacious, clean etc and lovely to have own pool which was great. However, you could not sit outside if it was raining as there was no shelter, unlike the other bungalows that had a great covered seating area. The villas could also do with a couple of comfy chairs to relax and read on. It was either the bed or a desk chair only. Also somewhere outside to dry wet clothes would be good - the bungalows have this.

The staff are lovely, the masseuse was an absolute highlight. You can easily swim with turtles and the snorkelling is great. Gili Meno is very quiet and chilled, which we loved. Ensure you have reef shoes so you can enjoy all tide levels. The water is so clean and beautiful...it is paradise.

The room housekeeping wasn't good, our bath towels were only changed once in 8 days and our pool towels taken after a day and not replaced. No replacement of creamer or sugar or other items, attention to detail that matters. We stayed in a pool villa and the bathroom.and wardrobe areas were so hot, no ventilation. You have to remember that you're not in a high economy area, yet the prices aren't low anymore. It's a balance!

This resort was everything we were looking for for our visit to Gili Meno. We don’t like the use of the horses on the island so we chose to walk to the hotel which luckily for us was an easy 10 minute walk from the ferry. Everything about this resort was beautiful. Food was great and the staff were beyond helpful and lovely. We noticed a lot of the the other hotels on the island did not have the wonderful beach front that Seri has. As soon as you step off the beach into the ocean you could see turtles and the reef was beautiful. We can’t wait to return

Mosquitos seem to be a problem on the island in general. We had the air on in our room and they still seemed to get into our room. Maybe they need to add mosquito nets over the beds?
