The property is extremely clean. The breakfast was tasty and brought to your room. We were able to use the pool in their sister property the Pink Flamingo. The staff were so helpful and could not have done more for us. Located in the middle of the island means everything is just a short walk away which was perfect.

Of no fault of their own- the mosque is located very close to the rooms, meaning the Call to prayer can be heard very early in the mornings. A pair of earplugs will make your stay more comfortable. We actually used the early wake up time to make the most of the day and get up to watch the beautiful sunrises which are just a short walk away.

The hotel was beautiful, so thoughtfully designed to give their guests a luxurious stay for a very affordable price! Access to their other two properties also meant that they had absolutely everything you could need!

I stayed here for about 10 days (I had to extend after 4 nights), and while the accommodation itself was great, it’s really the team that made this stay unforgettable. Actually they are the reason I’m giving 10 stars, and I genuinely mean that. First, I have to mention Herman, every single morning, he greeted me with the warmest smile and prepared breakfast like it was made with care, not just routine. He was always checking in, always helpful, and made me feel so welcome from day one. Rahim may be newer to the team, but his dedication is already remarkable. He gave me a sense of security, there's just this calm confidence he brings. I felt genuinely looked after thanks to him. Dani is someone I trusted completely. I often left my key and room in his hands without hesitation. He has a quiet reliability that really stood out, the kind of trust that makes you feel at home. And Yogis brought laughter into every day. He was always trying to make guests smile, always going the extra mile to brighten the atmosphere. There’s a real joy in how he connects with people, light-hearted, but always present and ready to help. And then there’s PANDU. Honestly, Pandu is in a league of his own. He has a natural empathy that’s rare to come by, not just towards me, but with every guest I saw him interact with. He listens, he understands & he responds with such genuine care that it stuck with me. I caught myself watching him speak with others and thinking: this is what HOSPITALITY is meant to be. Honestly, with him I felt treated better than in any 5 star place I've been to. Cause it's just real..It’s not just a job to him, honestly it’s who he is. Willy and the other couple gentlemen who ran the hotel were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They had lots of fun tips on the island and always stopped for a chat to see how the day was. The included breakfast is simple but delicious and a nice way to start the day. The rooms are really cute and nicely decorated and comfortable beds. It was nice to have soap, shampoo and body lotion included. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the island so ten minutes walk to either side. I liked that the bathroom was open air, I thought it was fun, but some may not as it means there are a few geckos and bugs about. I didn’t end up using it, but it’s nice that you can go to their sister hostel and use the pool. I recommend staying here, I really enjoyed my stay and would come back!

The design is modern and clean. Very minimal but cute. Breakfast is really good and you get free coffee and water all day which is amazing! Staff are friendly and I stayed long term so they were like family. I also loved how quiet it is. Rooms seem to be soundproof and the space of room is big. They sell cold sodas and do your laundry and rent bikes. Owner always around in case anything needs to be sorted which I appreciate.

It’s a bit dark and I record YouTube videos and nerd more light but most hotels are like this in Gili so it’s not really their problem. Besides, there is a coworking space a few steps away to record videos with lots of light.

The rooms look exactly like in the photos, it's clean, and the staff is very engaged and attentive to the needs of the guests. Through them, I booked a snorkeling trip that I recommend to everyone who visits this location if they want to swim with turtles and see the beauty of the depths. The breakfast is good with many options to choose from. Being located in the center of the island, there is a mosque nearby from which the call to prayer can be heard early in the morning, but of course, this is not the property's fault. In fact, they try to address this discomfort by providing guests with earplugs. You'll encounter this issue at any accommodation, as the island is very small and the mosque is situated right in the center.

The shower should be replaced since it only has a fixed rod that flows from above, making it a bit difficult to use.

It is close to everything and an easy walk from the ferry. Generous breakfast was included. We rented bikes for the week which was great. Very friendly staff. Pretty and large rooms.

Breakfast could take an hour to arrive. The mosque closeby is loud early in the morning (but I guess you would hear the voice anywhere on the island…) The cleaning did not include providing new toilet paper, shampoo, soap when finished, or even removing the endless line of ants; we had to ask for it.

I ended up extendeding my stay in Follow Your Dreams mainly because of the people the price and the location. I will miss Pa Man, Ali and all the guys at the hostel, they made me feel at home. Location was great for me, not on the most scenic side of the island, but the island is very very small and you can ask for a bike to move around. 5min walk to the port, to nice local warungs,next to a laundry place and near Oceans5 diving :) I am very satisfied with my stay there and I would stay there again!! Bed was the most comfortable ive slept on during my 1month travel. Room was very very clean.

One thing that could be improved is the cleaniness of the common areas (garden and kitchen). But again, the room was impeccably clean and in general their cleaning standard exceeded most of the other places I've stayed in Bali and Lombok, so I'm satisfied.

I originally booked 6 nights and ended up staying here for two weeks because of how awesome it is here. The rooms are beautifully decorated they create the perfect vibe for Gilli air, They are spacious and immaculate. The outside bathrooms are so cool (you still have your privacy) Having a shower under the stars is magical. The owners Ali & Jenni, their staff Faulia, Willy, ata, dani, pandu, coki, rido are amazing people who put so much effort into making you feel welcome and part of their family. They go out of their way to help you in any way they can. The breakfast is lovely, and a good choice. I noticed someone complaining about the local Mosque at prayer time. We should be embracing their culture and respecting their religion. If needed they supply earplugs but I didn’t find it an issue. I can’t thank you all enough for such a fantastic stay, 100% will be returning. Man !!! Gilli air and follow your dreams have given me so many good memories!!! (Tip if you need a ferry back to Bali or Lombok Ali will get you the best price and a shuttle to your next hotel destination included)
