The moment we entered the door, we felt like we came to a completely different world. They gave a very warm welcome. They prepared a delicious welcome drink, which felt very good during the check-in process. They upgraded our room, and we were happy. The view was magnificent. Every detail has been tastefully thought out and decorated: simple, stylish, elegant and comfortable. There was a tea and coffee machine, different types of tea and coffee capsules. They prepared cookies and tropical fruits and put them next to it. We liked it very much. We paid including breakfast. There was a breakfast menu in the room, we informed them what we wanted to eat the night before and asked them to bring it to our room. It was very nice to have breakfast in the garden of the room with the view and open air. Each of the foods was delicious and satisfying, and their presentations were beautiful. We had dinner at the hotel, the presentation and taste were very good and they took very good care of us. The hotel also offers massage services. We said the day before that we wanted a massage and fixed the time. They came to our room exactly at the time we planned. It has become one of the most unique experiences in our lives. I definitely recommend you to try it. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and warm. They made us feel like at home. Edy took such good care of us that he made every moment at the hotel unique. When we said we wanted to buy tropical fruit, he bought mangosteen fruit for us. Many thanks and love to Edy and Anggi for their contribution to leaving us with such beautiful memories. There were a few places we wanted to visit when leaving the hotel, and they took us wherever we wanted. They said they could also help with airport transfer. In other words, from the moment we stepped into the hotel to the end, they showed incredible interest and added value to every moment. They provided us with an experience far beyond our expectations.

Nothing near the villa, like supermarket or restaurants to go by feet, so you have to take taxi, but it’s not a big deal

The Ridge Bali is the place to stay in Ubud! Everything at the hotel/ villa was perfect. All the staff were incredible, it was the best service we ever experienced at a hotel/ villa. All requests were responded to and fulfilled within minutes - direct WhatsApp communication with reception/ butler. The staff are extremely friendly and very professional and will do everything they can (and more) to accommodate guests. They always welcomed us warmly (and genuinely), responded promptly and went above and beyond. The villa itself is modern and beautifully decorated to a very high standard with everything you could want or need. The villa’s outdoor area is wonderful - the pool, relaxation areas and the view of the river/ rice fields and jungle areas are breathtaking! Housekeeping always made sure the room was very clean and well kept. The food at the restaurant (or in-room dining) is delicious and fresh. Special arrangements can be made with the hotel prior to arrival for special occasion with decorations, etc. I would recommend booking a car transport with the hotel throughout the stay for excursions and going to/ from restaurants, cafes, etc. The driver is very friendly and knowledgable of the local area. The Ridge Bali went above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely be back on our next visit to Ubud!

The trip was absolutely amazing! The villas were incredibly beautiful and luxurious, the services were outstanding, and the staff at the resort were very friendly and welcoming. It was truly a special experience, and I highly recommend everyone to visit this place and enjoy everything it has to offer. I would also like to sincerely thank Endra, the staff member who provided us with exceptional service. He was always available whenever we needed anything, and he even took us on a tour to several beautiful tourist spots in the area. We had an amazing time at The Ridge Bali. With only five villas, privacy is assured. We stayed in one of the two River View villas. The interiors and exterior spaces are truly sublime. The view is stunning. The privilege of looking directly into nature with no building in front of you is something we did not take for granted. The service is also extraordinary. Indra, Angga and Geni took such special care of us. The entire team treat their guests like family. So much so, it felt sad to say goodbye. We enjoyed both in-Villa dining, as well as multiple dinners at the breathtaking bar, Sayan Valley - the perfect spot for cocktails at sunset.

It was our first time in Bali and we had a spectacular vacation right from the moment our butler Agung picked us up at the airport. Agung went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible, he was incredibly helpful and very friendly, helped us organise trips, and told us a lot of insights about all sorts of things starting from sightseeing tips to Bali's culture and history. The villa and the service exceeded all our expectations! Watching the most beautiful sunsets in Ubud right from the doorstep of your villa is priceless. At times, it was hard to leave to explore Ubud just because it was so cosy and relaxing in our villa. Since the villa was recently built everything there is brand new, and you can feel that they've put a lot of thought when designing it. Many little touches such as a great selection of local teas or cosy kimonos make you feel welcomed and at home. Loved the breakfast selection, the coffee really good too. They also have a decent selection of in-room dining, plus we were able to sometimes order a delivery from the nearby restaurants which the hotel staff very nicely served on regular plates. We also had a massage included (one of the best we had in Bali) and the tea ceremony - which was a delight in itself. All the hotel employees were really welcoming and friendly and promptly accommodated all our requests. I would definitely recommend this place and would really love to return here myself.

The Ridge Bali is a short drive from downtown Ubud and they have a free shuttle service to drive you there and back so it's very convenient. Generally speaking, the entire staff has been absolutely amazing, always going the extra mile to make sure our stay remained memorable. We liked absolutely everything about the place

Everything was amazing! The rooms are perfectly equipped with every detail you could wish. It was all the time so clean and we received fresh fruits and drinks. The outside area with the stunning view and pool - just speechless! The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything you need. They organized an amazing tour- the food in the restaurant and the breakfast is a dream! We almost couldn’t wait to get up in the morning to enjoy it and never went to another place outside to eat, as we just wanted to enjoy the restaurants lovely cooked food. The ridge was the best place we went on our Bali trip! After we left this place it was really hard to get comfortable at another place! I really hope to can come back one day! Thanks to the whole ridge team to make this stay unforgettable! You are such an amazing team ❤️

The service provided by Ngurah, our butler was exceptional. He is an asset to the property. The villas are new and very comfortable as well as very well appointed. The morning and turn down services conducted seamlessly without interruption (they noticed when we left the villa. There was nothing that was too much for them, from organising massages in the room, to organising transport to nearby hotels for dinner or cocktails and a late checkout on the day of departure. Note - there is no gym on site however the property can organise access to the gym nearby. The location of the place is exceptional.

The only, point of improvement was that on the morning of check out, the outside deck area was not prepared and lounges uncovered - if was as if we had left already, however when checkout is at 12 there is still half a day in which you could enjoy the private pool and deck.
