Everything here gives cozy and homey vibes. The room size is just perfect (we stay at the bigger room), the sofa in the room is so comfy, also the bed, pillows and the blanket. Besides that, what make us returning guests are the food, the friendliness of the staff and the hotel’s overall ambience. The check-in / check-out as well as the extension (yes, we love staying here that much so we always extend our stay for one or two nights) process is easy. The outdoor seatings is beautiful, cozy (again), clean and full of greeneries. This hotel fits for everyone from a solo traveler, couple, family group, even for work.

The noise from the street is loud, but thanks to the super comfortable bed and pillow and blanket, I could sleep well.

Pathway to entrance uncovered to weather and slippery when wet. Mould in bathroom grout. Standard twin room bed platform elevated and a little awkward to get on and off for older person.

The food, the bedding, the cleanliness and the fresh and cool air of Bandung that we got when we went to the balcony. We extended our stay to another 2 nights because I could sleep well during my stay here. I had never slept that well for ages even in a five stars hotels.

We could hear the noises from the busy road outside. But again, I don’t know how, maybe it was the bed and the pillows, I could sleep well through the night.

Could be noisy for some travelers and location not ideal for people wanting to walk around. Not an issue personally.

We booked an executive room which was spacious and lovely. Attractive layout and comfortable bed and furniture.

Only one Very small lift was a challenge to get all our luggage upstairs and down again. Nice lighting under the bed showed up the need to sweep and clean better thee. The bathroom needed a very good clean and the towels were grey.

The ambience was super nice. Its rustic industrial boutique design made the place felt very homey. We chose Kollektiv Hotel due to its unique experience offered (hotel made out of container). My children were amazed by the design and appreciate how it's made. We stayed in both superior and double room. The challenge is of course, if you take the superior (1 container) room, the space is small, thus I would suggest not to bring too many lug-gage. On the other end, the double room has a very decent size, it's spacious for room in Bandung area. The meal and breakfast is wonderful, the taste was good so did the presentation. There's outdoor place to enjoy your terrace. The breakfast menu selection was not much, but very decent. Due to Covid19, we arranged the breakfast for our children to our room and the staff was friendly in accommodating our needs. I also appreciate there's a ramp to go to lobby, which makes you easy to pull out your luggage or accommodate the needs of people with disability. There's also a parking area near the hotel (not in hotel area but only few minutes walk).

It has a small lobby and small drop off area. When we arrived, the hotel parking lot was full and we also notice there are other people who's just arrived to check in as well. The arrangement could be better so it's not difficult/too hassle for people to drop their luggage and check in.

The interior was wonderful, the facilities were great. It was a very comfortable stay.

The wifi is sometimes unstable.
