It was my official trip and I need the bill for reimbursement. I have not received any bill copy. I spoke to the hotel to give the bill, they said Fab will mail the bill. I have tried talking to the customer support but of no use. Till date I have not received the bill copy on mail. If you want the bill copy think before you book of fab hotels.

Had a pleasant stay at FabHotel. Room was clean, staff was polite and helpful. Location is good and easy to access. Breakfast was decent, though options were limited. Wi-Fi was average. Overall, good experience and value for money. Would recommend and stay again!

The prperty behave undprofessionally. Inspite my reaching late, and even though I had a earIy flight, I stayed late and gave billing details so that there would not be delay in the morning. I assured invoice early in the morning. However the person at reception was very hesitant to give invoice giving excuse inorder not to give invoice. This place is not suitable for business visitors

Location accessibility

The bedsheets were dirty and soiled. The lights were not working in the room, some lights were flickering. Bathroom light was insufficient, bathroom was not clean.

The room is large and a fridge and kettle are provided.

You cannot pay by credit card. Staff could have done what they agreed to do with us. Reception is not 24 hour.
