Our stay at the Marriott Resort and Spa was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional hospitality, pristine and spacious rooms, and the helpful and friendly staff.

However, I'd like to draw your attention to a concern. While strolling along the seaside, we noticed a considerable amount of plastic litter, used cans, and disposable glasses accumulated along the hotel. I understand that it's public land, but I believe Marriott can take ownership to maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings. A simple initiative, such as assigning staff to regularly clear this area, would make a significant difference. It doesn't demand extensive efforts, just a willingness to enhance the hotel's appeal by keeping the vicinity clean. I invite you to take a brief walk and observe the situation firsthand – a small effort that could contribute to a cleaner and more appealing environment for both guests and the community.

Welcome at the hotel was very warm. Check in by Nitika was good. Tamara was super helpful in all the needs. She ensured that we were comfortable and handled all the requests with a broad smile. Our stay, airport transfers were handled very efficiently. Nitika arranged for a nice takeaway breakfast for our daughter as she had an early morning flight. The breakfast was sumptuous and the quality & taste of the food was very good. The staff was always attentive & cheerful. The buffet (Rajasthani Food Festival) was below expectations. However, the chefs made up for the lapse by personally meeting & addressing the issue. Chef Ajinkya & Dattaguru were extremely courteous & made a special Goan Prawan Curry & Fried Fish for the next day lunch. This was awesome.

We were wonderfully greeted by Tamara and her team Anshuman, Dhanashree, Gautami, Prakash. Beer as welcome drink refreshing and wet towels helped in soothing. Stay was great, location of rooms at sea is awesome, pool well located and clean. Staff at Waterfront restaurant Sainik, Jayanti, Kaveri, Vishal, Samran and Chef Tarannum, Chef Vidhi, Chef Ravinder served us world class cuisine. Beach side was very dirty and was spoiling the view. Casino staff needs to be more warm, well dressed and more well groomed. Interior of rooms great and big washrooms with huge mirror, shower panel and bath tub were comforting for kids. Dirty beach and casino staff not well groomed

Friendliness of staff did iapoy these guys: The elegant Aparajita, Nikita, Tamara at reception. Tushar& Noella in the restaurant, Siddi at the spa were all wonderfully helpful & caring. Special mention to Shriram the concierge who set the whole machinery in motion to locate one of our cases that somehow went missing. The case was efficiently located in no time. Would highly recommend Marriott Goa

Wonderful holiday and peppery with very nice views of the sea in close proximity. Conveniently located in Panjim with shops close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful with a special mention to Nitika from the reception who arranged a very nice celebration for my fathers birthday and made it very special with a lovely , complimentary cake and wine and decorations in the room, so kudos to her and those who helped her. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, from the dining area, a special mention to Kaveri and chef Manish .

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Goa Marriott Resort and Spa, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and welcome drinks. Tamara in the reception provided a level of service that exceeded all expectations and she was extremely helpful in sorting out everything we asked for and needed help with. The hospitality here is truly outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. From the front desk with Tamara, to the housekeeping team with Santanu cleaning and stacking up our room every day, to the waitering team with Jayesh’s kindness. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with a giant TV. The bed was very comfortable ensuring a restful night's sleep. The rooms were sound proofed so you wouldn’t be disturbed by other guests, but you will hear the ocean and waves if you face the Bay like we did (we stayed during Monsoon season). The fitness center is well-equipped and we enjoyed several work out sessions there and ended them with a great breakfast buffet where they had a wide range of options to suit all tastes. We can highly recommend Goa Marriott Resort and Spa to anyone looking for an unforgettable hotel experience in the area. Nothing I Loved everything about it. The pool area seemed quite small for sunny days when the weather is good. But since we visited during monsoon season we weren’t affected by it.

Thanks to all the hotel staff who tried to make our stay exceptional. We would especially like to thank our guardian manager, Mrs. Delana Pai, for her cordiality, efficiency in solving cases and full professionalism. Delicious food of the highest quality, large selection of dishes, cleanliness and smell throughout the hotel. Large gym, clean pool. We really enjoyed the live concert during lunch and the last evening of our stay in Azur bar where we had lunch and no limit drinks.

The all-inclusive option should include unlimited access to non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, the hotel has a policy of limiting 1 drink per person per day or 4-pack of beer per room per day. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive option by the pool does not work. We missed the all-inclusive option of wine for dinner, which is standard in hotels of this rank in Europe. Lack of prior information about the 9% tax added to massage services, which was a surprise when paying. Fortunately, the lady from the SPA staff canceled this one-time fee.

It was a memorable stay especially travelling with my wife and 2 year old son. The room had a good view and the staff was caring as well. The food was delicious and the chef took personal interest in visiting us at the dinner table and asking for our opinions about the food he prepared. I never saw anyone denying any of our requests. Best part of the property was the location. You can travel east north and south of Goa. Even the ferry boards at the doorstep and you can go for an hourlong ride. If you have kids they can enjoy at the kidsroom. The resort conducts daily activities for kids and that was one parameter that drew me towards booking the property. Overall a fantastic experience

The room sold to us was a sea facing one but we got a partial sea facing one. Only on the intervention of the manager did we get the room changed. But no complaints here.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, making us feel truly valued. Our experience at the Goa Marriott Resort was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return! Meesha was extremely supportive with all our requests, available at all times and even checked in with us when she wasn’t around! All the staff in the restaurant including the managers and chefs were so attentive it’s unbelievable! A special shout out to Vitthal in the terrace restaurant who went above and beyond with his very friendly, smiling face, always ready to assist and made sure we were ok. The experience at Marriott has made our first experience of India so memorable!
