1.TV subscription expired so we couldn't even connect our phone to TV through Bluetooth to watch any movie or video . 2. As the room doesn't even have either a fan or AC, it's quite a suffocating environment inside the room especially at night. For a room which costs around 8500INR per night must have at least fan or AC

Willow Hill Nature Resort was such a peaceful escape—we stayed at the Tea Tree room and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. Waking up to that kind of scenery was something else. The food was amazing, full of flavor and really comforting, and the service couldn’t have been better—everyone was so warm and welcoming. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place to unwind and recharge, I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s perfect for some much-needed peace and quiet.

It might be a challenge for smokers, as this stay has a no smoking in the room policy but otherwise everything else is just stunning.

The location, room, staff, breakfast, everything was great! Honestly, I would rate this as my best stay out of all the hotels I stayed in India throughout the duration of my trip this time. The room, toilet and every other place in the hotel were very very very clean! All the staffs were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate to our request considering we travelled with 2 kids. There is a small lawn just beside the hotel which is very relaxing to spend time in the morning/evening. The breakfast was exceptional as well and the food in their restaurant is good too. Location is near to the main town. Overall, we had very good time in Ooty staying at the hotel. Certainly, will stay here again and I wish there are more hotels providing service as good as them.

Though not a major concern, but we had issue with TV connectivity few times which was promptly addressed by the staffs on duty. It was slightly inconvenient for us as we were travelling with kids, and it is quite hard to manage them and get a break with no TV.

The staff was very good. They helped my senior citizen parents by watching over them and helped with stairs. Our driver was cold in car at night and they provided wam blankets. My parents much appreciated this. I’ ll recommend this place for the care you get.

We eat Jain food and while the chef and staff was good to accommodate us. There were not lot of options and we felt it was steep to pay and eat there if there aren’t lot of Jain options. It’s only minor thing because we could eat out. I hope in future they can accommodate people with dietary restrictions like us. PS : we loved their paneer pakods on rainy evening. It was just right nutrition.

I was surprised to see this beautiful gem nestled at the top of the hill in Ooty… it has a garden and everyday I enjoyed watching the sunset from my room balcony … unknowingly I discovered a tea plantation just 300m from the stay which was simply breathtaking… I must thank the staffs who were overwhelmingly genuine courteous and humble and special thanks to the manager Mr Lakshmi Narayanan who went out of his way to show me my places of interest… I had a wonderful stay !

Wish the general setting of the breakfast menu could be upgraded

The room and garden is lovely. The property is a little further uphill from the town and that made it perfect for us. We loved the nature, quiet, fresh air and hikes around the area. If you are upto it, you can walk to and fro from town as well. The food at the property is very good ( we had all three meals for the time we were there and tried different types of cuisine). The kitchen staff are very courteous and attentive.

Housekeeping requires a little improvement, simple requests like water re-fills requires multiple follow up and takes time.

We were looking for a peaceful stay during this visit and found it in Willow Hill. Comfortable stay made so by the staff who are very courteous and friendly. Drop and pickup from the airport was made good. Shareen Mathew was our driver, guide and friend, philosopher and guide during our five days stay. He is a gentle soul and very helpful. He knows his around Ooty and various tourist interest places.

The Willow Hills is located amidst green trees, quite serene environment but still not that far from the main town. I went with my husband to this stay, and i must say it is perfectly romantic for couples. The rooms were WOWWW! The view from the window, the outside garden area it is sooo beautiful and also well maintained. The staffs were really helpful and their hospitality is really welcoming. You won't regret an ounce staying here. It is a mandate stay for a nature lover who wants to enjoy OOTY in the perfect cold and breezy way. And also Earl's Secret the most rated restaurant is exactly opposite to this stay.

The personal and courteous service from the polite staff at Willow Hill will always be fondly remembered. Mr. Laxminarayanan, a true hospitality industry professional, met us on arrival and handled our check-in. His presence at the main desk was re-assuring. Willow Hills appears to be a recently built property. Therefore all facilities were new and in working order. Everything worked perfectly, including the internet, telephone, electricity, plumbing, elevators etc. (Ooty has number of 'heritage hotels' with woefully inadequate service facilities which has ruined many a short stays). We drove to Ooty and the hotel provided spacious parking facility for private cars. We were assigned the Cypress Room, which had the view of the mountains and the green valley, that was both pleasing and invigorating. The spacious interiors were tastefully fitted out. The large king size bed had comfortable mattress and pillows. The black-out curtains were greatly appreciated. The hotel included breakfast and dinner along with cost of accommodations. This was a welcome gesture on their part. The quality of dining offered at the 'Bird of Paradise' restaurant with excellent, with high marks for service and quality to their Chef, Mr. Joyce. I found him and his staff to be hardworking and keenly interested in delivering excellent quality to the guests.

Very comfortable and well maintained room with beautifull furnishings and superb view over Ooty and the Nilgiris Hills. Bathroom also excellent. The outdoor lawns and garden areas are immaculate.

Our only negative is that restaurant staff require extra training in terms of service skills and English language skills. We had some misunderstandings. The front of desk staff were very competent and engaging.
