The cleanliness and support staff response was indeed good. The room service was promptly serviced. Recommended for family stay with adequate safety and security for privacy.

The shelf / space provided for keeping clothes was not up to mark. The clothes hanger rod was provided at height which is not suitable. The water after taking bath would spread to living room . A make shift arrangement was made though on request. It would be better to provide a permanent mat like item that absorbs water in case it spreads from bathroom to living room.

"One of the best hotel to stay in as located near Airport.....!!!" The hotel is located just opposite to Delhi airport so mostly full, I was there for a business trip and lucky enough to find a room for myself as its location saves you from Delhi’s crazy traffic. Not very professional but cover it with warmth. Good breakfast complimentary but their ala carte menu was too good with tasty Indian cuisine (truly desi). The room was comfortable, free wi-fi was available with normal speed. The best thing is its location i.e nearest to the airport and service is excellent.

The property is very clean, spacious rooms. The staff is excellent too. Everything is perfect except one front office manager Abhishek who took my phone to check my booking and decided to review the hotel from my account himself. When confronted about the same, became defensive. Overall excellent service.

Great staff, great room cleanliness. The breakfast was Indian style and amazing, staff were good at breakfast also. Great hotel that is close to Airport.

It is a noisy place, on a main road with car horns easily heard and near airport with jets going overhead. If you need quiet then you would not be so close to airport. All and all, the spot is perfect for aeroplane hoppers. We will be back.

Lovely Hotel to stay. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and well coming. Location is Amazing. A good location, kind and good service. Many option, all available. On top floor one of most beautiful views over the real Delhi. It was value for money. It was good experience overall.

Nice ambience.....huge lobby area fully air conditioning. The rooms are spacious and remarkable soundproof so you can see the outer area without any noise. Their restaurant is good and service is friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I stayed as a single for an overnight visit, it was the perfect size and space for what I needed, very clean and comfortable, i originally booked a single, but was upgraded to a double, i think it would have definitely on the small side, if i were sharing that space it another person, though. The hotel staff was very kind, sply manager abhay saxena and madan both are accommodating,
