I stayed at Hotel Shivaka Inn and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, always serving with a smile. They arranged a private guide for my tour and even helped me book a city tour, both of which went smoothly. The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff was fantastic. A special thanks to Mr. Mayank Fo receptionist for organizing everything so perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great service all around!

Recently stayed at Hotel Shivaka Inn, just a 10-minute drive from terminals 2 and 3 at Delhi Airport. It's the perfect accommodation near the airport. The room rates are reasonable, and the place is impeccably clean. Huuge beds. We were with a 2yo child and took a family room to have 2 beds, but we could easily fit in the standard room. Also it was convenient to have a cafe on 5th floor, looked more trustworthy for us to eat there :)

The family room is situated right after the reception desk, so you hear every Phone call, conversation etc. We asked to call for a taxi to the airport, which in the end arrived 1 hour later, fortunately we were not in hurry (maybe it's problem not of the hotel, but of taxi in general, but keep that in mind if you need to plan something) Noise from the street - in the morning you will hear everything if you're on the 1st floor in the family room

the rooms are new and very clean, the linen is also clean. The bathroom is tidy, nothing is broken, everything works. The staff is friendly. I arrived at 4 am, was settled immediately and did not take payment for an extra day, despite the fact that the check in at the hotel was at 11 am. Kindly allowed to live with a cat. Early in the morning the manager helped me with ordering a taxi as I couldn't get Uber. I have only positive impressions about the hotel. If I visit Delhi again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They helped us get a late night meal delivery after we had some difficulty ordering food with a US phone number. It was a quiet hotel in an alley off a busy street. Hot water and comfy bed, nice tv too. Excellent price to value ratio. They even gave a little gift when we left :)

There was a bit of a smell in the room and the air conditioner made a loud rattling noise. It was about 30 minutes from the airport with traffic.

We checked in this hotel with our pet. They provided me, my pet's food too. Though hotel was not luxury, but it was nice and comfortable. And they also provided me early check-in at very reasonable cost.

Shivaka was a treat - I booked a budget stay & found a clean, comfortable, helpful & friendly environment / staff. Happy with my choice & will certainly stay again when I pass through next time.

Kitchen/menu could have offered more facilities / choices but decent & well prepared food was offered.

They accommodated my Cat and also its very near to AQCS office and the food was good too. Moreover, the cleaning staff came at 3.00pm cleaned and left without a question. That was great!

The street is very narrow and most Ubers ans Taxis dont come inside.

Service is nice, clean numbers, food is delicious, there is an elevator, good location all just fine.

Shower plumbing is working but it may be better, one day was noisy guests, next day it was silent but overall everything is fine.
