Room is Big and spacious. we had 1 Double Bed and 1 single bed which is exactly what we needed. Rood condition was good and the front side has a garden as well. Best part is that the location is great. it's only about 250-300 meters from the famous MAPRO Garden and Chocolate Park. Overall, our family stay was pleasant, and we enjoyed it.

All was Good. we liked the place very much due to its proximity to Mapro Garden and large sized rooms.

An awesome place to enjoy a relaxed weekend, far from the pollution and population of Mumbai. Ankush(Caretaker), the one man army for all your needs and one of the most weel behaved guy I ever came after.Nice location with very neat and well maintained cottages. Very well cooked homely food.

Menu for complimentry breakfast is fixed and very limited option(only two items). Location is quite tough to get ......Google maps also got confused.

Overall great! Location was quickly accessible from Mapro Garden bus stop. All famous points are well accessible. Caretaker Ankush Jambhale was so humble and honest. Also, the morning breakfast was too delicious. Loved staying here. Will definitely visit here again.

The only complain is this cottage doesn't have lunch & dinner facility apart from morning breakfast. Rest all is awesome.

Care taker is an excellent guy. Service was good and property was neat and clean.

Breakfast- Some more option of food can be added. Location- The approaching road is a katcha road, needs improvement. No proper lighting from main road to the property in night.

Breakfast was quite good. We had a fast on our first day on trip they actually made khichdi n other stuff without mentioning them, so really thankful to them.

Our main concern was there was little less hot water there, they have the water heater but it not working properly.

The cottages are very neat and clean. Staff was very helpful and supportive in all parameters. Our car was brokedown and the staff and owner. are very helpful to arrange a machine in a short period of time.

About the timing for check-in timing. Check-in timing is too late. I suggest you change the check-in timings.

Stay was nice. Staff are good.Even owner as well. Property is small but well maintained. Greenary view with balcony. Just near to Mapro garden. You will get breakfast and tea. Breakfast was very good. Lunch and dinner facility not there. Can be ordered. Value for money.

Staff courtesy, cleanliness. Reception appropriate ☺️. Ample parking space.

1. Approach road from main road to facility should be tarmac at least 2. Lawn upkeep could be improved. 3. Breakfast could be improved.

The cottage was really beautiful in all aspects...the stay was really a comfy one...staff was cordial... right location...so near to main mapro market...breakfast n rest facilities all were really good... I liked room in so much that I booked it for another day as well... n really enjoyed it both days...
