The rooms and the staff at night (one sir) as very helpful and always available to serve us well .!! He was one perfect epitome of how to do hospitality. Kudos to him .. Even I am always fond of South Indian foods so loved the breakfast.

The urge to pay the full money at the time of check in only though we all were pretty tired .. And Hotels UPI service wasn’t working and my dad has to go and take out cash just to check in though the same could have easily managed by first allowing us to freshen up a bit and then go to ATM and pay the remaining amount .. As anyhow we have to pay before we check out .. And this much hassle wouldn’t have happened if the UPI service was fine . Also the Restraunt seemed a bit overpriced . Anyhow kudos to the team . Keep learning the art of hospitality and keep doing better in days to come . God bless .!!

Hotel D Grand has always been my choice and this hotel has also lived up to its name and my expectations. The staff was very kind and cordial always helping and ready to assist if needed. The restaurant is great with a lot of food options, sumptuous buffet for breakfast n dinner. The taste was good and the hygiene was just top notch for the rooms and food as well. The staff takes the experience to another level. Thank you for such a wonderful service.

Approach road to the hotel is not so good and surrounding area is not that good. Car Parking place access is out of place. Car Parking arra full of construction debris and dust. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and that leads to uncomfortable situations for room mates.

I got a very good deal price thats why i booked it. Room amenities were really very good , enjoyed drinks poolside . Checkin was smooth , early checkin was not possible for me as rooms were not available . Had dinner at hotel . Food quality was good. Hotel is well located near Railway station. This is the best usp of this property.

Location: a crowded area and took ages to reach the place, no one bothered to pickup the call or respond via whatsapp when I tried to reach them several times, maintenance of bathroom could have been better

I have recently visited this hotel and it is located in great location, with beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and great staff with great Amenities. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was neat and clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.Especaily Staff was very polite and friendly..

Overall good experience except food quality needs to be improved, though Complimentary Breakfast was good, but dinner was too spicy and oily and even limited options in menu. Service is required to be improved, I felt like lack of manpower, even receptionist denied one or two services quoting the same...
