The main reason for booking this is because it was right next to the bus station/railway station. I could get off my bus, walk a few minutes, and find myself here. As for the room, it's okay, certainly gets the job done. The bed is good, the toilet is also fine, and there's even a tv there. I'm not sure if you can use the kitchen in the hall outside, but there is a small kitchen with a fridge and water dispenser.

Rather old building. The lift is one of those kinds where you have to manually pull the door open and closed. This is annoying to deal with even when you don't have luggage on hand. The room is not terribly defensible from mosquitos. There are cracks in the wall and door and window for them to enter. Perhaps they can be hunted down, but still, always best to keep them out. The room gets hot so easily, even with the fan.

Check-in was smooth. You have the option to pay later at checkout as well. Bathroom and room was clean. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast (Upma/Poha) and tea was provided which was delicious. Very near to bus stand and railway station.

Called the no. provided on Booking.com 2 hours before check- in to enquire about the price and the facilities provided. The receptionist picked up and told that the price charged will be the same as price displayed on the website. I enquired about the availability of hot water and breakfast as well. His tone was very monotonous and disinterested and at the end he started getting impatient because as per him a customer was standing in front of him.

Good for one day and single person. Charges are affordable.

Steps / ladder provided to approach room is not proper rather unsafe for senior citizens and ladies. No facility of food inside hotel / room.

Stay was good & breakfast was nice anyways we are on pilgrimage & the ambabai temple was near & we reached late night to stay in the hotel & the staff was courteous to give us room

Location was near to Kolhapur CBS Stand on a walking distance. Room was clean and staff was very polite. Recommend for solo travellers and family.

There is no much parking facility for Cars.

Good location,centre point to Bus, Railways and Tourist Spots. Good guide lines with their staffs employed

Rooms are clean but can be better. Good and convenient place to stay. Perfect for a night's stay.

Bathroom windows are not clean. There is room for improvement. Staff room service needs improvement. I had to ring the bell thrice.

Breakfast choice even though limited was good. The Poha, Toast Butter and ofcourse Bread Omelette was excellent.

Upma or Sheera could be added to breakfast. Toilets must have jet spray for easy usage of W C
