Breakfast was great & had variety of options for everyone like North Indian, SouthIndian, continental etc. Area was clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful from front desk to room service, Staff (person) who was at pool area , breakfast area & front doormen all were very professional . I remember getting positive first impression from Neetu & Rani at front desk. Both made sure we had smooth & efficient check in & check out experience. Food was fresh and delightful.

Swimming area pool bar was closed. Room had no snacks, no iron so had to request the iron. We were couple with 2 kids in a room. 4 people staying but facilities were only for 2 ( like towels, brush , 2 bottles of water instead of 4 , etc) And there were no bath Robs in the room. When I paid higher price for our hotel stay I expect higher expectations.

We were charged twice for the same room. Once by credit card at the time of check-in and then my parents had to pay in cash at the time of check-out. The Manager was supposed to reach out to us regarding this payment confusion and we still haven't received any emails/communication from Radisson's side.

The staff in general was very kind and extremely helpful. They facilitated all our requests, especially the restaurant staff and Mr Dechand who took us on different tours around the city. We are highly grateful for your hospitality and kindness throughout our stay.

Some of the facilities were not up to expectations, such as the top floor, with the swimming pool and bar. In advertisements, they look different compared to reality. For a family, a small garden or green area would be useful and possibly some playing area for children.

I like the behaviour of the staff . Mr. Ghanshyam, Mr Ajai Rai, Mr Aakash Das, Ms. Rashmi Ranjan. Extremely professional people .They took good care of me and my family during the stay.

I believe there should be a car cleaning service as my stay was for 4 days and the car got dirty due to dust.

Hotel was nice & centrally located and was pretty good in all the sense.

The staff was very unprofessional, My Suite AC wasnt working and i had to shift to another suite at 1.30 am even after making several complaints. In Room Dining Mr.Ankush Kumar sent us Chicken instead of Egg Noodles, and later replaced it after more than an hour without accomodating our request for extra sauces & the food was cold. Mr. Ankush Kumar was unapologetic & Hotel duty Manager Mr. Ashish Bisht didnt care to speak or even call back after several requests.

Room is good & Time taken for check in /out was minimum. Room is spacious & neat .Food is good.

Door locking is not proper for room no 409. In TV only Hindi sports channel for cricket was subscribed and i thought your guest list contains many non Hindi speaking people. So ensure that English sports channel is also available. In billing some other charges were included which is surprising to us. Generally any booking includes all charges +taxes and at present GST is the only tax. Only Radisson has included the other charges which was not shown in the charges.

Chef Gulshan kumar and chef minu were very good. Chef who made dosa in morning was excellent. Reception staff are courteous. Felt at home.

The staff was quite supportive and polite. requested for extra Sugar and Coffee set and they provided it twice without any charges, even they allowed to carry food from Outside which was exceptional, over all it was a memorable experience along with Hot Tub and Swimming pool amenities.

Not all time but night staff on duty was less responsive in terms of Room service, had to call them again in spite of going and requesting on reception, again had to call them to remind them of the request after a wait of 40-45 mins. But after that, it was fulfilled.

Each and every little tuing one can think of at any given time, I would say Radisson will stay among top on each of the facility or amenities or anything you can think of. Whether you talk about ambience, it was way good. The hygiene control was actually above my expectations. The cleanliness, overall environment, everything whether big or little was absolutely above expected.

May be I didn't notice something but seriously didn't find anything for which I can say "didn't liked"

well maintained property, room size and amenities was great. Food quality and variety was good enough. Comfortable stay.

The location is good only to the guest coming and going by Air, for others especially coming from delhi side the location in very inconvenient. The swimming pool water was not clean enough. the door key was not working properly instead of re validated again and again.
