Nice reception. Looks like family handles the reception. They are really soft spoken and nice people. I didn't like the room which was shown, they immediately changed it on my request. Breakfast is simple but super tasty, authentic home made flavours which is far better than fancy things in 5 star hotels. Treebo gave me surprise in my room, which was unexpected. Really thanks for the small customer delighting things, matters a lot in terms of personalized service. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I'll use this for my future travels to Hyderabad

Nothing as such, little smelly washroom due to lack of exhaust, but its manageable, not a big deal.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. It is a comfortable stay overall and close to the places I need access to. There is a restaurant on the first floor and it offers amazing Indian food. The staff were friendly and offers help when needed. The family were sweet as mentioned by the other guests.

The entrance through list was unexpected and lots of dogs were resting there most of the time as the reception of the hotel was on second floor. the staff were most of the time watching their mobile stuff lying flat on the sofa. the professional touch was missing although they were very cooperative

Ask to replace a light but that did not happen and staffs are very limited, require little professionalism. It should have laundry facilities.

Awesome hospitality. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff are friendly and responsive. A very good stay for families and the location is very near to bus stop and auto stand which will help for easy commute.
