The hotel is close to the main market, as well as to a big road. On this road small restaurants and shops can be found, which make up a good option for dinner. The room was very good. Modern, big bright windows, comfortable bed, table for work. The hotel staff was very friendly and forthcoming. Quick and good room service with great food.

location was good well connected with auto rickshaw and also ISBT electric buses 2, 2B etc. our room was upgraded to a slightly larger one which helps all three of us to have a enough space compared to the initial allocated room.

I thought breakfast was included by default, which I think I missed to opt for…

In true words value for money. Room was really clean. Equipped with all basic amenities. With smart TV. Staff was very supportive and friendly.

The only issue I had was with the mattress. It was not comfortable for me..but then, the choice of mattress varies from person to person..

Great food and courteous service. I'd like to specially mention Pradeep from the F&B team. He is polite and jovial and welcomes you with a warm smile every time you meet him. I'd like to mention Tania who manages the front office. She was extremely helpful and exceptional at her job.

It is a great property and it transports you to a peaceful oasis in the middle of a busy town centre. What I really missed were amenities like a swimming pool, dedicated cab service for the guests and very few food options for the kids (which is understandable as the hotel is in the middle of a menu revamp).

Quality service provided by the staff. Interaction with them was very courteous and polite and they were always ready to help. Exceptional taste in food too and the outdoor spacing and the ambience was just great to have the food.

The room's floor was unclean and needed deep clean to remove the grease that had been accumulated. If I walked barefoot, the underneath portion of the foot would turn black straightaway. Despite several attempts of cleaning, the black soot wouldn't be fully cleared. We were provided with slip-ons as a countermeasure.

Hotel location is superb. Staffs are nice. Receptionist allowed us for 2 hour late checkout because my mother was not feeling well. We like the breakfast. Everything was fine.

They forget to give us toilet paper but its not a big issue.

I was having a really bad day and was being difficult to find a place to stay, and finding this place made my day! The room is very nice, beds are really comfortable, it has nice amenities (kettle, towel, tv...) and even a small balcony to sit and chill. The bathroom, as well as the room, is clean, and works perfectly. I found the staff to be very helpful, nice and polite. Highly recommended!

The lady Ms Sarabjeet at Reception was extremely polite, decent, soft spoken, helpful and understanding. I liked her manners, attitude, behavior and promptness including availability. She is an asset to the hotel.

The property has a small garden and space for parties. Parking space is small. Reception area is also small. however lift is high speed though there is only one lift. Reception area should be more decorated and attractive.

I really liked the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. It's fairly new property and everything is latest and handpicked. Centrally located property. I must say despite having the compact room sizes you get all that you want in any hotel room - good cupboards, 24x7 service, lush green sitting area, well lit room, spacious washrooms, tasty food, parking space, sunny small balcony, nice crockery and good lighting in the room. This place is value for money.

Breakfast options could have been better like Continental is mentioned but only Indian breakfast was available. 1-2 sockets were not working, can be taken care of.

Location was nice, room was clean and well maintained. Food was fine. One room's washroom had blocked drainage, complained about it, was not fixed same day and they have changed the room on next day to solve the issue.
