The room is very cozy and spacious with a large living room, 2 bedrooms , a kitchen, dining hall and an attached terrace which has a beautiful view of the beach. The place is ideal for large families with kids as they can play around without the feeling of being claustrophobic as compared to cramped hotel rooms. The terrace is a lovely place to chill out in the evenings with snacks and a drink by your side. During the day it's scorching hot. The beach is just across the street which makes going multiple times with the kids very easy. I'd rather not comment on the quality of the beach but I had no high expectation either so was not disappointed there. In short it's a home away from home if you are in Chennai.

great , spacious apartment at the beach, all rooms A/C, bathrooms nice (2x for each bedroom), functional kitchen, fridge, washing machine...everything a traveler needs during a longish India trip to recover a bit and charge up batteries. The receptionist speaks real English and the crew is very helpful, also when you need to organize transfers.

This was out of their hands, but there is a very big catholic shrine around the corner on the beach and if it happens that there is a big festivity- iike the birthday of the saint- then forget about sleeping that night.

The apartment located at one of the prime & quite location in Chennai just a walkable distance from the beach, we have enjoyed the beach view from the balcony. I highly recommend this beach view stay for everyone who travels to Chennai for a vacation/short trip with family. staff in this apartments were kind and address all our requirements throughout the stay.

Position of house accross the road from beach and short walk to restaurants was excellent. The room was clean and large, aircon , hot water and also a small verandah to relax and watch world go by. Bed was super comfy. Thank you to the excellent staff who took care of my every need in an understanding and friendly manner. Highly recommend staying here in Chennai.

Location of this property is its key selling point. Its right bang on the opposite of the Besant nagar beach and the view from the large balcony is awesome. Property had all required amenities like dental kit, soap, towel, etc., It also feature a kitchen with a working Refrigerator and Oven (though we did not use them both ). TV has all channels subscribed included HD ones. Front desk Manager is very much helpful, accommodating all our request and acting them on instantly. We have got atmost privacy as the entire apartment is ours including two bed rooms, hall, dining area and a very large balcony.

It was right next to the beach which made it great place to access restaurants and other amenities. The staff was very friendly and had everything that I needed. They were always available to answer questions.

The room I stayed in had paint chipping in places. That was my only complaint.

Location was great. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. The room was quite spacious and it had a balcony looking out into the beach.

Location is great, although could use a sign on the gate, but it is the black beside to the left of the ATM - which is very easy to spot. Staff were more than happy to help and room was great.

As I said above the only thing that was slightly difficult is there is no sign on the gate to say you are at the right spot

Location, location and location. Wifi was good which is so crucial these days. The place offers a good view from the balcony. We tried the food after seeing the reviews but honestly found it ok.

It's a service apartment with 3 bedroom and you get one. For a Rs 3000 room it did not have a table to keep some stuff or even a tv. I think they can do better to make the stay more comfortable.
