Independent villa is the best place to stay. U will feel like home for sure. Access to cooking utensils and full fledged kitchen will help you prepare ur own coffee, tea, and baby food. Which eased off lot of worries as we travelled with our toddler. Enjoyed everybit of it.

Bed were comfortable. But it could have been better if they would have provided a double bed instead of providing 2 single bed. One king size bed would have been more comfortable.

The location is great, the beach is super close and the eateries are close too. The room was comfortable, cozy and hygiene was well maintained. Tie up with close by restaurants is really helpful during monsoon when you cannot step out of the hotel due to heavy rain. On the first day the the room service was very good the assistance was nicely done by the staff. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe room when we checkedin which really made our day!

The room service could have been better the 2nd day onwards. If you don't ask for tea, coffee and sugar sachets and toiletries they do not provide it after the first day. I was there for 2 nights when we checked in on the first day the service was very well but on the 2nd day none of the things mentioned above were provided.

Very nice spacious clean room....breakfast was good. Loved the hospitality offered to me ...polite stuffs and Owner who were very helpful and understanding towards me......the kind of behavior and the way i was treated , was wonderful.....made a beautiful memorable experience of my life in Goa.......

1. Loacation is very good nearby beach is very clean and beautiful place. 2. Resort area is very large and full of trees and green place, two swimming pool. 3. Resort River area is very good nice place to click pictures.

1. Night staff at the time check in is not good, they provide me a different room after too much discussion they allotted me a good room (But two separate mattress jointly laid on bed while I specially requested before my arrival to resort staff for single mattress) and in morning senior staff is very cooperative and provide me a good room which was better than my booking room. Except this bad chekin experience everything was very good and fabulous this make our honeymoon trip so enjoyable and memorable.

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr. Jayson, he helped us to get all necessary amenities and guided us for local restaurants and water tours and other activities. Overall a great experience. Comfortable stay. Breakfast is very good.

Amazing staff support and clean and tidy rooms. Had Cavelossim Beach at walking distance, and pool just across the building. The food was amazing and they could also moderate the taste as per my 5 yr old daughter's taste.

The property is wonderful with 2 big swimming pools and a lot of greenery all around. The staff was very helpful and kind at all times. Affordable option to stay and a 2 min walk from the beach.

The bedding was a bit itchy. And they change the bedding only after every 2 days. Only 2 small bottles of mineral water was provided on the first day for our stay of 2 days.

This was an excellent family suite that we stayed in for 5 days. The room has an excellent balcony which overlooks the beautiful sea. Enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful & satisfying stay with family in South Goa.

Villa was great for kids and adults

Pool in front of the villa was out of order for maintenance, and as mentioned in online amenities washing machine and tumble dryers were not available.

The staff is real polite and helpful from every aspect. There were no hiccups which faced during early check-in. Also at property we came to know that we were upgraded to Villa property for free. The location and the property is awesome and worth every penny.

Things which could be improved are the TV and cable which we couldn't watch due to quality. Breakfast was something which was a huge turn-off. This breakfast experience will enhance the whole experience to a great extent so advice to hotel management is to focus on this aspect too.
