Reception team is good like to see there smile every time i come and there good welcoming gesture pallabi was good speaking food is nice never get to have breakfast may be next time will plan we have heard a lot about the breakfast of ibis that its good in short its a good hotel with nice food and clean rooms well maintained

The very supportive staff who made everything comfortable. Especially, Pallabi at the front desk who took note of my earlier feedback and Rukku as well as the housekeeping staff. Delicious food too served by smiling staff!

Great location near to office

1. Car parking is having some lower roof and my Renault Duster had inconvenience on parking. The antenna was bent. The space to get down from car on the small metal floor was not convenient as well. 2. Twin beds are so much close as if it was almost one. The space is too small

The property was located in the hosur banglore highway and it was very neat and clean.. they offer complimentary brkfast in buffet but kindly have ur brkfst before 10.30 as they will close it after that

My stay at ibis was for business purposes so it was a quick halt and work scene. However, I was delighted with the quality and service provided. I have been a member of many hotel chains but not Accor however, after staying at ibis I definitely will reconsider this. The room was clean and moderately spacious (good for solo business travelers and enough for 2). The desk setup was beautiful especially with the view of the city from atop (I was on the 10tb floor so that made the view worthwhile). The bathroom was interesting like I was in a space shuttle, very compact but had whatever you needed in it. I wouldn't recommend having 2 people in there :P The service of the staff was always cheerful with a smile. I especially loved the breakfast spread as it had delightful delicacies that I personally favour like masala Maggi. The special omelette that I had requested was beautifully made by Chef Shradha and I will definitely want to come back for more! Overall, a great place to halt if you work in Hosur road. Surroundings aren't that great but the hotel compensates that with good ambience, food and service!

The only think that was a little off putting was the check-in and check-out time. It took a while for it and in case you're in a hurry or so might be difficult. I believe a speedier system could make it an amazing experience. The room service menu could have been more varied but I do understand the current situation we all are in with Covid.
