convenient location had access to almost everything, including transportation food day to day needs, the staff was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to help us, facilities were good, and more than anything I was able to get my work done without any hindrance

if there was more natural light in the room it would have been better as I stayed there for nearly a month. cleanliness can be improved rather than sticking to rote cleaning. the linen and towels need a change. the wifi connection was very poor.

Nice stay, calm and quiet ambience. I’ll recommend this stay for middle class families.

Bathroom amenities and room cleaning at least clean with in 2 days for long stay guests.

Only the room lights, they shud have at least one a brighter white light in the room, which was not there, only warm lights which we like as well, but at times u need a bright white light in rooms

We need a laundry service for guests staying a week or more. This service is important for keeping their clothes clean and ensuring a comfortable stay.

Great location. Nice and clean hotel. Helpful staff. Lots of shops around. I was in and out of the hotel all the time. I used to come late am there was always someone at the gates at night.

Room cleaning was done every day or alternate days. I had kept room clean anyways. Lift is very slow.

It's clean and value for money. The location is good you have access to everything including market and nice place for roam around in evening.

This hotel does not have it's restaurant facility, they have bought us some breakfast from a outside the restaurant...by the time it reaches us the food went cold and it was very hard to eat. If there is no restaurant at least you don't have to include breakfast in room tariff.

Everything was good, kept neat and clean, service provided is good, location wise it's in city centre, surrounded by happening market, geyser was perfectly working fine, AC worked perfectly, breakfast has 5-6 items in menu for which you get a call from the reception in morning and is delivered with an option of tea/coffee. Also, one important thing I liked is rooms, corridors are kept clean, and are very well ventilated.

TV has limited channels, only ones which are free You don't get tea/coffee/ milk pouches for self room coffee tea

Value for money, location is great and it is in the center which make your commute easy and overall good experience

there are parking space we need to park on the road that is only con else it is extremely good location.

The staff were very customer friendly and the breakfast provided in time and was really good 👍.

We didn't got bed coffee, and the room needed repainting.
