Cleanliness could be improved. Towels, sheets - everything could be improved. No shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathroom. No seperate towels for pool area There were ants in the room.

Very peaceful and quaint. Staff couldn't have been more polite and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious. Safe location for solo female travellers. Each room has a different theme and colour scheme.

Bathroom needs freshening up however Management informed me this will be happening. Some additional poolside sunbeds required.

Casa Anjuna is a really nice hotel, in the middle of a beautiful garden, decorated with nice old furnitures. The place has a lot of charm and you can fully relax there. The pool is beautiful as well and taking the breakfast by the pool was a fantastic way of starting our day! They serve good breakfast with different options every day. We wish that we could have stayed longer in Casa Anjuna!

One thing which could be improved is the team taking care of the room cleaning: they do the minimum, forget to bring back new towels or water.... This is not aligned with the standard of the hotel. On the other hand, the staff at breakfast is nice and friendly.

The grounds and gardens of this 200 year old property are amazing. The hotel was located within a 10 to 15 minute walk of many restaurants on the beach. The hotel arranged for a transfer from the airport (1.5 hours) and we also organised for a trip to the capital and the latin quarter of Fountainhas. Breakfast was good and was a combination of both western and indian dishes. The decor of the hotel was great and it was like walking back in time with all the sitting areas and views from the verandahs. The rooms were the same with old style furniture. We enjoyed our 4 days here.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, I had a problem with the air con and they quickly arranged another room for me and got the problem fixed. The hotel is beautiful and I loved swimming in the pool, which is set in the lovely gardens. The manager sorted out taxis for us to travel on and was also very helpful. Casa Anjuna really is the oasis of Anjuna.

Some of the decor needs a bit of updating and a lick of paint but it didn’t concern me. Would have liked a wardrobe to hang clothes rather than a cupboard with shelves.

It’s a very lovely, lush property. An old tropical, somewhat faded mansion surrounded by greenery. Every room is different, all have terraces or balconies looking out over the garden and the pool area. Inviting to linger with a book underneath a ceiling fan. The staff is very attentive and keeps the place spotless. Breakfast is great and plentiful. It’s very quiet as its location is a bit away from the main drag in Anjuna

It could use a little bit of refresh & paint in spots.

This old Portuguese Villa is a beautiful tranquil oasis amidst the noise of Anjuna . Lovely pool and friendly staff. Good breakfast and good location to get to other places in North Goa. We went at the end of the season so it was quiet, the pool was fantastic as the beach was far too hot!

Nothing in particular, the rooms don’t get cleaned unless asked, e.g clean towels, toilet rolls.

A lovely styled hotel and felt homely with the decor. It also felt quite secluded with all the trees and plants around despite being close to busy area. The breakfast was lovely with fresh fruits and juice, and Indian and continental options. The staff were lovely and attentive. Davidas you were great, thank you!! There was a lovely space outside our room to order room service meals and eat with some privacy in the evenings. The chefs even provided us with recipes for some of the dishes we really liked. Within walking distance to Anjuna Beach which has a lovely sunset (10-15minute walk). We would recommend going towards Hayati and then down a side road to the beach where there are some loungers outside a small restaurant/bar (on the menu it says it’s called Nikita restaurant and bar but not sure if you can find it on maps) which looks like a shack (the loungers are free just had to order from their menu - very cheap). The staff were so lovely there and it was a bit quieter than further down the beach and a great spot to watch the sunset. Parveen Kumar (PK) made our time on the beach very comfortable and relaxing! It is best to get there around 10-11am to enjoy the swimming in the sea.

There aren’t any sun loungers around the pool, however there are some nice day beds and the beach is close by so it’s worth visiting there if you want to sunbathe!

I liked everything about it. The location,the rooms were beautiful and had a fridge and a balcony /verandah to sit.It has kept to the old Portuguese feel to it which is very charming. The pool and gardens and the surrounding grounds are constantly kept tidy. Mostly I liked the staff who were so accommodating through out my visit till departure. The rooms are cleaned everyday as long as you leave your keys on the table in the foyer.

If you like hanging clothes then it is a bit restrictive as it is not a full closet however I managed. WiFi if you were outside on the grounds it is fine but rarely did I get any wifi in the room and speaking to other guests the same was applicable for them. The TV looks operational but it is not .2 staff got the monitor working but the Tata box needs subscription.! TV for me is catching on news while I get ready for the evening.
