Staff were extremely attentive and always polite on interaction, especially the young lady on reception. I was shown to my room and given a detailed explanation on what was available on the property. Access to snacks/ drinks in the room with a small charge and also complementary drinks and toiletries were available. Rooms were very clean and the balcony had outdoor seating with a lovely view. Best hotel I stayed in whilst travelling in India!

WiFi could be a little faster

The hospitality of the staff was excellent! The property itself was extremely beautiful and our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. While my parents' room was clean, my room had a musty smell (room 208). Also please note that this property is not pet friendly. Booking.com has wrongly listed this under pet friendly hotels. While the restaurant Analogue within the property allows pets, the hotel itself does not. The staff were however kind to accommodate our dog.

Very noisy at night - power generator on street.

The room size and the balcony are just perfect, the bed and the pillows were extra comfortable, slept so well, despite not being home, was the best feeling. The location is bang on center for north goa, everything is not more than 10-15mins away. Two great coffee shops are just walking distance from the hotel which are babka and grind coffee. Plus the hotel has a new cocktail bar, which has really good cocktails and food to compliment. And a perfect size pool to hang with your friends. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I'm staying here, and it's just the best feeling, as the staff really take care of you. Home away from home!

The location is good with easy access to most good places in north Goa, especially around Anjuna and Vagator. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful, and that is where the points go to Anamiva. The hotel is artfully designed and you can see the hints in the way art has been placed in little nooks and corners or the meshwork of the windows or the bathroom walls. The little benches in the corridors and the beautifully designed bar all add to the bonus. The hotel has a private parking area on the road which makes it all the more comfortable if you have rented a car in Goa. Overall, great experience. Will definitely visit again.

Breakfast quite frankly was average. Not much variety. Improve the options in breakfast and you have an absolute winner.

It's a very quaint place parked in a quiet corner which is not very busy, but close by from where you want to go. The staff was cordial and prompt and were available when you needed them. The place was clean and well maintained. The ambience and furniture is well set. The rooms are spacious enough and well lit with all the amenities needed.

There was work going on in their restaurant which kind of did not let us enjoy their pool to the best that we wanted to. There was dust in the air because of the grinding and drilling.

Nice area, charming place with nice swimming pool, room very comfortable with their own balcony. Personnel very kind and helpful.

A little bit far from main streets in Anjuna. Need to go by taxi but they are hard to find after 10 PM. Wi-Fi connection was quite poor.

Quiet and peaceful hotel. The surroundings are quiet as well.. Located in North Goa but still away from the hustle bustle & all beaches, cafes & sundowner restaurants are hardly 10-20 mins drive.. Rooms are neat and clean and ample of space available inside the rooms. The hotel has a SPA like vibe and feels very positive. The Staff is very polite and helpful.. service is quick as well.. food is great and the breakfast is quite satisfying and tasty too.

The swimming pool should be covered with some sort of shade so it can be enjoyed during the day. A Pool table and a few games would be a great addition to spending more time inside the hotel or activities during the day. A SPA, JACUZZI & a small GYM would add immensely to the property.

Everything accept food availability.

There was very limited food availability and the enterance of the hotel needs to be repaired as the floor is very steep and we had an accident with my son and wife while taking down the scooter from the enterance.
