Incredible view, spacious room, and very comfortable, nice restaurant downstairs, the breakfast was delicious and prepared fresh with a variety of vegetables and fruits, delicious sweets as well the greek's pastry , fresh juice and good coffee. i can say it was an amazing experience to stay at this hotel. Big thanks to the crew, who was very friendly and very helpful. Big thanks also for the people who cleaned the room, and here I have to mention that they cleaned the room daily and changed the towels every day. Thank you, Hotel Phoenix, for the nice experience !

We loved the size of our room and the terrace balcony. We purchased the Superior Queen Room which had an amazing view from the many sliding doors in our room, The windows had blackout drapes so you could easily rest day or night. The room was very quiet and the bed and pillows were extreemly comfortable. The room was very clean and housekeeping was always available and helpful. The towels were very soft. The breakfast had eggs, bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, breads and baked goods. There was a coffee machine for various types of coffee. We really appreciated having a lift for luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect giving a port and mountain view and on the edge of all the restaurants and attractions.

Everything was great. I would have loved a pool, but I knew this when I booked the room.

The hotel is in the city centre, very good location. Breakfast was good with some local pastries, and you can also sit in the area with the Solomos square and sea view, which is lovely. As for 1 night stay, it was ok. The room is not very big, but we had one with a balcony and sea view. The bathroom is rather small, and room facilities and furniture look a bit old and could be renovated. The staff was friendly. We also could check-in earlier upon arrival. There are a few parking spaces in front of the hotel for clients (non-bookable).

The hotel is perfectly located in Zante, close to a Carrefour Express shop, Solomos Square (which is a starting points for some of the buses to the beach), close to restaurants. Taxi costs 17-20 EUR to the airport. The breakfast had lots of options and I think anyone should be satisfied with it. The room was big enough, same as the bathroom. There was AC and a huge balcony (we had a superior room). I would stay there again, for sure!

I think the ACs temperature couldn't be adjusted, but it was not a deal breaker (even though during the night it got a bit chilly).

The Hotel was in a great central location, near shops, restaurants, the ferry harbour and a nearby beach. The room facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful, especially Filippos armrest reception who went above and beyond to help me throughout my stay, ‘Thank you Filippos’ you were exceptional.

There was nothing not to like, everything was excellent.

We stayed in 3 different rooms in this room during our stay in Zakynthos town. All of them were nice and clean, the sea view balcony is great and it was especially nice to sit outside at night and enjoy the buzz of the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant itself is also nice. The hotel is very central in a very lively part of town full of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants, which means it will not be quiet, and there is music coming from the restaurant downstairs till about midnight. We sleep with earplugs anyway so this did not bother us. Overall we had a good stay, the hotel has a pleasant vibe.

The only thing not to like was that the bathrooms are a bit dated (rusty shower doors) and there was a slight sewage smell coming from the shower drain in all three bathrooms.

Excellent location and excellent hotel. We booked a 2 adults plus 2 children room and we actually got a massive family room with two large separate rooms, each with its balcony! Room was spacious and clean. The hotel sits bang on the central square of Zakynthos city. Price included breakfast, which was amazing for both us and our children. All freshly made with an abudance of savoury and sweet food plus fruits and coffee. Would totally recommend.

Bathroom could be a bit bigger, although new and clean. If you are travelling with a car, please keep in mind that the hotel only has 7 parking spaces and parking in the centre can be a little tricky.

Easy and fast check-in, friendly staff and everything was ready at my arrival; superior room was big, clean and I felt very comfortable; nice terrace; free water bottles in the fridge; big shower; good breakfast in the Central Resto Bar on the ground floor; location was very good and I could reach everything by foot

Not the hotel's fault, but the parking situation in Zakynthos town is horrible. Arrived on a Friday evening and it took me 45 mins to find a parking space. Booking.com says the accommodation does not offer parking spaces, but actually there are a few in front of the premises which are for hotel guests.

Convenient location for town restaurants and harbour. Excellent value including good breakfast . There is a little parking right out front if you are lucky! We were ! We stayed 3 nights beginning of visit then onto kefalonia and just booked one night on way back to Airport as ferry service between islands uncertain .ps staff at reception very helpful and pleasant.

This was a comfortable well priced but no thrills 3 star type hotel so did not expect any more than we got !

We had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix Hotel. The location was amazing and we really enjoyed the ambience of Solomos Square. The hotel is also close to everything travellers might need - i.e. supermarket, pharmacy, retail shops, bakeries and cake shops. We would definitely stay there again when visiting beautiful Zakynthos.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare near and around the hotel. There are limited places in front of the hotel but these are usually taken, often by non-patrons. There is much traffic chaos in this area which we found somewhat stressful.
