Location was amazing, close to the sea and a short walk to the strip (10 mins max), but far away enough from the main strip that there was no noise when back the hotel. Good breakfast. Nice pool area with comfy sun beds and umbrellas provided. The staff were exceptional, they were very friendly and helpful, even printed out bus timetables for us. Also felt safe, as we were two girls travelling alone.

the floors in our room didn’t feel completely clean, no bottled water provided but overall very minimal things for such a reasonable price.

Location was ideal, only a 5 min walk to the strip and 2 mins from the beach. Staff were super helpful, always on hand whatever the problem, and the breakfast was continental and yummy. What’s nice about Natalie Hotel is that it is not your typical strip/party hotel. There are families, couples, young and old people there, and it is quiet and civil meaning you can relax during the day before going out on the strip at night, as long as your are quiet when you come back which was never a problem for us. As a group of girls this was ideal as we could have a relaxing beach/pool holiday during the day and save our partying for the night out. Pool was lovely and no one reserves sun beds with towels so no need to rush to reserve one, there’s always some free. We had a very good experience here.

Rooms could perhaps be properly cleaned more. Ours was simply tidied most days which was fine but towards the end of the week we could’ve done with a change of bed sheets and new towels

Receptionist’s were lovely and friendly! Very helpful. Inclusive breakfast was good value, lots of options and staff always bringing out more if options were running low. Room was cleaned daily and the pool was a big bonus! :)

It's an ok hotel with spacious rooms, nice balcony and a view towards the sea. There is also a pool, the beds were ok, the bathroom was neat.

It's not the hotel's fault, but keep in mind that it's located in a party town full of teenages, there were young boys drinking in the common spaces at night, etc. It's not the best place for couples in Zakynthos, but this is valid for the whole town, not just this hotel, which otherwise seemed nice. The breakfast was mediocre.

The staff were so amazing throughout the whole of our stay and made sure to quickly sort out any problems we ran into. The pool and kitchen/ bar were perfect and always clean. The location is also a perfect distance from the strip - far away enough for it to be very quiet but still a doable distance to walk after a long night out!

What an excellent hotel and stay! We arrived to Natalie hotel late evening. Upon entering we were greeted by the hotel manager Petros. From the start Petros couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. He gave us many great tips and recommendations from places to eat, to the best times to visit places. We found the hotel modern, the pool looked nice although we never used it, preferring the beach. The breakfast was simple but still had a nice selection of food and drinks. The hotel room was very spacious our verandah over looked the hotel pool and the beach and we got to watch 2 firework displays from our verandah that were happening on the beach which was nice. All of the members of staff we met or had seen all said hello and were incredibly friendly and kind, which made our stay even better. The hotel is very close to the beach and many great restaurants and shops. We can't thank enough Petros and the wonderful team at the Natalie hotel for making our holiday one we will remember. We highly recommend the Natalie hotel and we will be back again!

Very central location and close to the beach, convenient location if you don’t have a car. Rooms are spacious and clean. All staff is very warm and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay here.

Wifi doesn’t work so well inside the rooms, otherwise everything is great.

The staff was amazing! The receptionist went above and beyond to welcome and help us!

The water quality was poor (it felt like showering with salty water), but it was the same at another hotel, so I'm guessing it's a general issue in Zakynthos.

Everything perfect. Staff super attentive. Breakfast is really good, worth the money. Amazing location, near all main attractions of Laganas.

The facilities in general, specially the bedrooms needs some attention in regards to renovation.
