Everything about this place was great. Perfect location in the beautiful Old Town. Short walking distance to endless restaurants and shops. Parking was available only a couple hundred meters away; it's public parking so first come/first served, but I was able to find a space whenever I needed. The suite itself had everything I could ask for; very cozy, comfortable, and well appointed. A delicious breakfast (of my choice) was delivered every morning from a local restaurant. And last, but definitely not least, Georgia was extremely helpful throughout my stay. I can't recommend this place enough; I'll be back for sure.

Nothing, everything was great.

We stayed in the Junior Suite with Old Town View. The mini apartment was very nice and well-kept. Upon arrival we found slices of cake in the room, and in the fridge a small plate with olives and cheese and a bottle of wine. They allowed us to self check in before the scheduled time, which was very kind and helpful. Lots of public parking spaces available at the nearby parking (5 euros per day). If I were to return perhaps I would choose a suite with a panoramic view.

If traveling with heavy suitcases it can be a bit of a struggle to get your luggage to the room because there is no elevator.

Beautifully decorated apartment right in the middle of the quaint streets of Rethimno. Very spacious and well appointed with all modern furniture and appliances. We very much appreciated the bottle of wine and all the treats that were left for us to enjoy. The terrace is spectacular with amazing views of the fortress. We parked in the nearby parking lot for 10€ a day (pls note you need to prepay this - there is a little window by the pay machine, if you tap on it they will come and help you.) Despite the location the apartment was so quiet at night. Highly recommend!

Nothing, it was fabulous.

We enjoyed every detail in this well-designed and obviously cared-with love apartment ! The hostess welcomed us with a big smile ( like all Cretan people) and made us feel at home . The location is great in a vibrant neighborhood, right in the center of the old town and a 10 minute walk from the coast. Clean and spacious . For the view I believe no words are needed, 10/10. Would highly recommend - εις το επανιδείν.

Petalo Suites is a beautiful apartment to enjoy the charm of Rethymno. We were warmly welcomed by the staff of Petalo Suites, who left us wine and sweet and savoury snacks for an aperitif, as well as fresh fruit. The room had a lovely little balcony overlooking the most charming street in the centre. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rethymno! Thank you, Petalo Suites!

Everything was perfect.

The location is very good since it's in the old town but still quite close to the city parking so you don't have to walk long distances to get there. The host is great and the check-in very easy. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen fully equipped. Good idea that you can order your breakfast from a menu and it is sent to you the time you want it. It is not a hotel like breakfast buffet though which was what we were actually looking for.

The apartment feels a bit small especially when you are having breakfast right next to the bed and bathroom. Unfortunately, we were unlucky since there was a construction site next door and they were demolishing walls from 8am, even on a Saturday, but this is not my guest's fault. We went on December which is not high season, therefore this is not common for the area.

Everything about the apartment, facilities, breakfast, communication with the host - excellent! Complimentary water, refreshments, wine, fruits and snack on arrival were highly appreciated. The room was cleaned on daily basis, Convenience store 10 steps away from the building. Greek restaurant, resto-bar, and specialty coffee shop, all these within a few steps away, as well. Municipality park right behind the building. To summarize: excellent location.

Everything was perfect. Nice compact apartment with all the facilities. The owner went out of her to ensure I was comfortable and ask if I needed anything. Communication was great. Central location in square. There was cakes, fruit, water and local spirit as I entered. Loved it for a solo traveller.

I got help with my suitcase from the owner. There's no lift. It wasn't a big issue for me at all. Overall loved they stay!!

The location in old town was perfect. Couldn’t have been closer to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. It was awesome for having a washing machine in the unit. We were on a 2 week trip and being able to wash our clothes easily. Just a warning if you rent a car, you can not drive on the street that the hotel is on. It is a pedestrian only street. I would highly recommend this property for anyone that wants to be in the heart of Old Town Rethymno.
