Clean room, friendly staff. Location is very close to the highway.

Breakfast was not available at all, since last month September. However when we made the reservation, according to booking.com breakfast was available and had to pay directly at property. This was not accurate and we were told by staff that breakfast was only served in Summer Season until month of September. It would be great if Booking.com would update these conditions.

I got what I was expecting. The airconditioning was working properly, it was perfect for a quick sleep on our trip. Location was great for us as we were travelling to Greece from North Macedonia's direction.

The beds were not the most comfortable to us, and the hotel is noisy as others also said.

We stayed one night on our trip to the sea side and this is a great place! Sincere recommendation! Thank you very much for the detailed instructions for the late check in, it was very easy and simple even though we arrived after midnight.

Great place for short stay given that it is near the border. The staff is very flexible with check-in time, they are nice and polite, helped us to park our car.

Room is small but we saw that on photos. It may be a problem for longer stay.

Great and very helpful staff. Excelent location, only 15 min from the border, ideal for take a break if you go on a long trip. Comfortable beds, quiet neigborhood, parking.

Really friendly staff, the room met our expectations and it was really nice to have a balcony with enough space to sit and have a coffee ! Quiet, easy access, nice shower, good air-conditioning.

The wifi was a bit slow.

Both ladies we met were very nice. (maybe mother and daughter). They recommended a good restaurant. The breakfast was also delicious. Next time we pass through Polycastro, we will definitely stay here for a night.

single bad was too soft, my husband didn't like it but that is his personal preference. also, in the morning there was train pasing by the hotel

After the summer there is no possibility to buy brakfast - there are some restaurants within 200-600 m distance - they serve good food. As for 4 people the room was to small.

The garden in front of the hotel is nice, pleasant to drink coffee

The double bed should be a little bigger
