I loved everything about the property. The newly refurbished Boutique Hotel was top standard, from the furniture to the bed sheets to the Interior design and exterior design. The location was perfect and all in walking distance. Was clean and the staff was exceptional. They put a lot of effort for this historic building and it payed off to my expectations. Would like to thank the owner Spiros for his wonderful show of his historical collections. The hospitality was beyond I can imagine.

Family and I really loved this hotel. We rented two rooms. Both rooms were extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our rooms were renovated probably about a year or so ago. Bathrooms are a good size with great water pressure. Staff are very nice and helpful and speak Greek and English fluently. Hotel location was very convenient for us. There is a church across the street that is active.
Only complaint, about for those who like sleeping in, is having the church across the street because the church bells do ring at around 7 and 8 AM.

Very good service from the staff. The room has luxurious and big for 2, but a little cramped for the 4 of us location of place in relation with the old part of the town is impeccable.
for a family of 4 it's a bit small (single room with a bed and sofa) although the kids loved it. there's no food/breakfast but that's not really a problem given the location and the option you get around it.

Superb location right in the middle of the old town and close to the port
The Booking .com website regarding the hotel was clunky and needs updating. We booked the room specifically for a balcony and when we arrived found there was only one balcony and our room, though much larger than most at the hotel, did not have a balcony.

We stayed here for 5 nights for a family wedding. Here is a list of what we loved about this gem: 1. Amazing customer service: Thank you Vicky and Elias. The hotel was perfect but your patience and willingness to help us whenever we needed you made our stay that much more special. 2.Superb location- walking distance from the port, Arvanitia beach restaurants, shopping area, near Bourtzi castle and Palamidi fortress 3. Food- we didn't opt for breakfast package, but we got 10% off at the Cafe Rosso restaurant. The "Greek" breakfast was about 10 euros, and, I kid you not, was enough for 2 people - Greek salad, yogurt with honey and walnuts, Greek eggs (scrambled with tomatoes), lots bread, fresh squeezed OJ and coffee. The hotel has a courtyard where you can bring your own food and eat. There is a supermarket nearby (Σκλαβενιτης)with a good selection of food. All the restaurants in Nafplio are fantastic and reasonably priced 4. Room- modern, comfy bed, TV with netflix, lots of electrical outlets 5. Lobby - modern, clean, inviting
They were out of deluxe room and the standard room is tight to manoeuvre a large suitcase. If you travel light, the standard room should be alright. If available, reserve the deluxe or a bigger room.

The economy room was beautiful and clean but extremely small with no actual wardrobe, just a shelf with hangers above the mini fridge, which meant that there was no space for us to hang our coats. Other than that, everything was great. The location was central and the staff very friendly.

I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request made my experience truly remarkable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the hotel was nothing short of amazing. It's worth noting that the hotel had recently undergone renovations, and this was evident in the impeccable condition of the rooms. The newness and modern design of the accommodations added a touch of luxury. Not to mention, the rooms were meticulously clean, reflecting the hotel's commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and comfort. What truly stood out was the staff's responsiveness to our needs. Any query or request we had was met with prompt and efficient solutions. Whether we needed recommendations for places to visit, additional amenities, or assistance with logistics, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
While my stay at the hotel was undeniably wonderful, there was one aspect that left a slightly less favorable impression. The checkout time, which was set at 11:00 AM, felt a bit early for my liking. However, I do appreciate that the staff extended our checkout time a bit, particularly since it was a Sunday. This gesture was certainly helpful and allowed us to have a more relaxed morning before departure. Looking forward, I would suggest that the hotel considers the possibility of adjusting the checkout time on weekends, especially Sundays, to perhaps around 1:00 PM. Furthermore, while the hotel didn't offer breakfast during my stay, I'm eagerly awaiting the possibility of it being introduced in the future.

Beautiful decor with the needs of the traveller in mind. We had room 10 which hosts 3 people. Spacious and wonderfully high ceilings. The bathroom was huge with enough hooks for bath towels - a bugbear of mine! It is a ahistorical building renovated masterfully. The air on comes from the ceiling hidden in wooden beams and is superbly controlled. They opened on 3rd June and they are preparing the garden which looks lovely from the top. They offer no breakfast at the time but guests can go to the cafe opposite and have 10pc off st then breakfast offered there. One is not devoid of choice as there is a line of coffee shops on the promenade just a few minutes nearby which run from morning to evening and offer snacks meson meals cocktails coffee and anything one wants.
The windows are double glazed but with a small gap. They let some of the street noise but I think they may not be allowed to change them probably because this is a listed building and rules may prohibit changes to the exterior. This not anything that bothered us at all. They have the original shutters which we closed and thick curtains.
