Best Holiday Hotel in Mykonos, Greece. 10/10 as it stands its best quality values for taking care of their guests like us, professional staff, and superb cleanliness. Comfort and quality of service is excellent. Axel Hotel offers excellent service and exceeded beyond expectations . IVAN - in the reception is superb with his work, super nice, and really friendly. He took good care of us from check-in until we said goodbye. THEO in the bar is super friendly and provides us with excellent customer service. He is a gem. Definitely will come back to Axel whenever we get back to Mykonos.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Akkadian Boutique Hotel for our honeymoon, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Warm Welcome and Exceptional Service : From the moment we arrived, Costas at the reception welcomed us warmly. The hotel even upgraded us to an executive room at no extra cost to celebrate our special occasion, which was a delightful surprise. The room was stunning and exactly what we needed, meeting all our expectations perfectly. Outstanding Staff : Every member of the staff made our stay memorable: - Morning : Xaris and Mike ensured our mornings started perfectly, with Xaris even bringing us custom-made omelets directly from the kitchen. Antonis at reception was always ready to assist with a smile. - Noon : Aris, Chris, Mark, and Marios provided excellent service at the bar, pool, and reception, making sure we had everything we needed. - Night : Costas handled the night shift at reception seamlessly, and Costantinos, the DJ, created a lively and fun atmosphere by the pool every evening. Amazing Amenities and Atmosphere : The hotel's atmosphere feels like a family, and it's clear that other guests feel this way too. We made several connections with other guests, adding to the homely and friendly environment. The staff consistently asked if everything was fine and if we needed any help or recommendations, which made us feel very well taken care of. Special Touches : The cleaning team did a fantastic job daily, keeping our room and private pool immaculate. The highlight of our evenings was the DJ by the pool, who created a fantastic vibe. On Wednesdays, there's an amazing local singer, adding a unique and unforgettable touch to our experience. Perfect Location : The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to the city and just a few minutes' drive from anywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel was beautifully appointed and the decor created a very relaxing and chilled atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast was lovely and it was a great way to start the day overlooking the pool while enjoying coffee and cake! The rooms were great and the beds comfortable. The mini bar was very generously stocked and reasonably priced. The range of food and drinks on offer was just right with classic dishes done well and a lovely list of cocktails and other drinks to ensure you could have a wonderful time relaxing around the pool. The gym was great too with enough equipment to do a full workout. Adonis, one of the managers, could do enough to make us feel welcome and included. We will definitely be returning and recommending to all our friends.

We arrived and were so kindly received by Ivan, who gave us many local tips. Hotel is very well localized, gorgeous pool, our room had a view to the pool and the sea, we were very pleased. Staff at all points were very nice, always smiling and happy to help us in any need. The hotel made really a difference in our stay in Mykonos.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! They were so kind and lovely with attention to detail and to all of our needs. We felt amazing and recommend a 1000%! The hotel was clean, the property was fabulous, close to town and all the beach clubs! We made a family at Axel Beach Mykonos and will definitely be back!

The whole place is beautiful with great attention to detail. They have wonderful facilities and the breakfast spread was great with hot and cold items. It was a perfect get away for my husband and I. We loved every moment and customer service was exceptional. The service at the pool and throughout the stay was 20/10. Its close to the town but exceptionally calm place to stay. A pure heaven for rest and relaxing. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. This generally felt like a spa resort stay.

I was charged alcoholic prices for non-alcoholic drinks and considering I am pregnant - this this really was unfair to be honest. If I was told in advance that I would be charged a high rate, then no problem at all. Its always better to be transparent. Everything else was absolutely fine.

The staff was super friendly, helpful and made our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The rooms were very pretty and comfy. We got the junior suite with the private pool which turned out to be a great choice as it was incredibly windy to go to the beach. The breakfast had plenty of choice and whatever we tried was good. Overall, it was a great place to relax and have some nice cocktails!

Breakfast could do with more gluten-free options. Also the pool could do with a little bit more cleaning.

The hotel is super fancy, the facilities are awesome, the staff is amazing...Adonis in the reception is a super super charming guy, Adonis (2) the manager is excellent too, the buffette is very good, the quality of the food is super, the people attending the buffette is very kind. We travel.so much but for sure it has been one of our best experiences around the world. So, we only have somenthing to say: thank you for your very good service!

Missed a big mirror in the room

We extended our stay by one night! We were able to keep the room we were in. Please do not hesitate to speak to reception, wonderful Maria will be able to help you with all your queries! Moreover, the food within the hotel is great and they serve throughout the day! And if you fancy something different, the hotel is only a few moments walk from Mykonos Town. So the options are limitless. This hotel has surpassed my expectations! Thank you everyone! 🔥🥰
