Everything was perfect. The location, rooms - very comfortable beds, air conditioner, good breakfast and dinner. Location is also good, although the hotel is on the main street, it is like inside the yard, abd it was quite silent at nights. It has its own pool and sunloungers behind the hotel. The staff is separate notice - professionals and very kind. We felt like we are inside big family. It was very warm :) And we will return here soon again already with kids.

The hotel is simple, but well organized and clean. There are no moments to discuss as they are not worth :)

Very nice hotel with a warm friendly atmosphere, a chic location, great food and the best team - from the owners - receptionists - cooks to the cleaners. Many little things, which are very important for a comfortable stay, are thought out and provided to the guests of the hotel - excellent wifi, air conditioning, beach towels, coffee maker and kettle in the room, fridge with freezer, and many other important details. There's a room where you can leave your suitcases, change your clothes, take a shower and go to the beach if you arrive too early. Breakfasts are the freshest, delicious, quality products. Dinner in the neighboring restaurant on a pretty good level, pleasant atmosphere. We had a very good rest and will be happy to come again. We are very grateful and wish the hotel prosperity and good guests!

The hotel is very nice, the owners are friendly and very caring. The location is ideal, everything you need is close by. On the left mountains, right sea. The beach is 2 minutes away. Despite the large amount of entertainment you can hardly hear anything from the street, the sounds are only from the visitors inside. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. Cleaning every day, new towels, change of bedding every other day. The food is very tasty, you can always choose something for yourself. Dinner in the restaurant across the street, there is a huge choice always, only drinks have to be paid for separately. All requests were fulfilled and we were assisted in everything at the hotel. Left a very pleasant feeling and we didn't want to leave.

Staff is amazing! They are very professional and care - ready to help with anything you need. The facilities are clean and rooms are cleaned everyday. Close to all shops, restaurants, bars, clubs. Not so far from the beach, but it's not the best beaches as the hotel in the city center (no problem though if you have a car to find better beach or drive to a village for real Greek food). Can't judge breakfast, as we never made to wake up before it ends. However there are plenty of places to get breakfast and great coffee in the area. Pool is good with nice natural shadows from the trees. Overall very nice stay and it's a super great 3 star hotel for sure!

Pool area needs a renovation or at least some cosmetic refreshment. Could be better with a bigger pool. Sound isolation is bad. Would be good to prolong breakfast until 11.00

The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of healthy option. The bed was really comfy and big. Parking spot is a good point, Everybody was really kind😊 The reception and the -1 floor where you can leave your package looks so good! I liked the design. Coffe machine ín your room is a very good idea too.

The gym needs some renovation,and the shower tap worked weird. Some clips, will be good to the balcony so your towel won't fly away.

This is a family hotel. We were traveling in Crete and changing hotels every few days. Always were staying in 3* hotels with >9 booking rates. But this hotel is exeptional. The hotel in reality is much nicer when in pictures. They have so many deco elements! The staff was so nice, so polite and helping. The room was beautiful, absolutely clean, comfortable, with perfect AirCond. Towels, bedcovers white and super clean- this is extreamly important gor us as we are traveling with children. Beds - super comfy. Breakfast - best we had in Crete. You can choose - eggs, sausigies, vegies, cheese, yogurt, jams, bred, fruites, juice, amaizing coffee and ... carat!!! If you did not find carat- ask for the help and try it, so diliciuos! Also we left very early in the morning, so thay prepared a breakfast to take away. Perfect service. Much much recommended!

The hotel is guided by a nice family, all the staff members are very kind and helpful. The hotel is just 50 metres from the sea, from the entrance and during breakfast you can see the seaside. The wifi and air condition works good and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is at the hotel and it contains various choices. The dinner, which is at an other 4* hotel very close, is truly tasty and amazing. The hotel is family-friendly, as I saw all the children had fun there, especially because of the cool swimming-pool. There is an elevator at the hotel so I recommend it to older people also.

I can not say anything bad about this place, the only problem was that the time was flying here so fast and we felt like we had to come home too early. Everything was perfect, hope we will have the possibility to come back soon.

The common space with a shower is a thoughtful addition, allowing guests to enjoy the beach even after checkout. Breakfast is a delight, in addition to traditional breakfast we tried homemade dips, bread, and delicious honey. Additionally, the nearby hotel offers a fantastic dinner selection it half board is chosen, including salads, meats, vegetables, grilled dishes, a fruits, and desserts. Furthermore, nearby the hotel is free parking space, making it hassle-free for guests with vehicles. This added perk ensures that guests can explore the beautiful surroundings and nearby attractions.

Nothing, everything was great.

The staff were extremely friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. They are helpful, kind and look after their guests. The room is spacious, comfortable and adequately equipped. Dinner is plentiful, delicious and varied. Breakfast is also plentiful but a little bit repetitive. Location is great. Shops are very close. Parking is possible on the street or in the area behind the building.

It's not easy to say anything negative, because everyone was really kind. But I can't get over the fact that the wifi didn't work properly (it was slow and regularly disconnected), so we ended up using mobile internet. The room cleaning was good but not perfect. Street noise was high if the window was left open. But after closing it (and using air conditioning) there is no noise. Overall we enjoyed our staying, the value for money is very good and would come back again.
