The hotel and territory are very clean, the staff is very helpful and very hard-working

The hotel is oriented to families with small children, so there is practically nothing to do for teenagers and adults. You'd need a car/taxi to go anywhere The restaurant is very crowded at times for lunch and dinner The choice of snacks in the bar was very limited The pool is relatively small for the size of the hotel, not enough sunbeds around the pool At times when the hotel is fully booked, there are not enough sunbeds at the beach

The staff was very helpful. The food was good and there was always enough. You could see they really pay attention to it. They tried to make us feel comfortable as much as they can. Cleaning service, everything. All inclusive service waa great. Very comfortabe beds, good furniture, nice view.

Unfortunately we had a total of three cockroach encounters in my room. We got rid of two of them (there was a small gap between doors and floor) and called room service for the third one above shower. The receptionist sounded scared. The room service was very helpful and used a spray that actually worked. I was a but nervous the rest od the stay but again, they really tried to help.

The food was fantastic the pools were lovely

The size of the rooms and ants in the room and all inclusive stopped at 11pm and not much evening entertainment

The staff were very helpful, in particular the room service and receptionists. The hotel has a lovely pool area with lots of sun loungers available. There is a lovely private beach adjacent to the hotel with ample parasols and loungers all of which are good quality. The hotel is located in a quiet part although there are shops and taverns within walking distance. We hired a car through the hotel which was good value and there are ample parking facilities available.

This place really impressed me. I am here on vacation with my family. This place really made me feel like I came home. I wish I had come here sooner. The receptionist was very nice and friendly with me. The room was lovely and very clean with nice decoration and a view of the green garden. Private beach is just a few meters away and it was a super cool and fun experience, I will definitely be back for more days.

It will make you feel like being at home, even if you never felt like home anywhere in your life. The structure is a nice one, rooms are very spacious and facilities are adequate to a superb, elegant and high class hotel. Families seem to find themselves at perfect ease here. Personally, I have no kids and I am a well-travelled guest. Overall it was a great experience. 100% recommendation by me.

Air conditioning could be better.. Room cleaning service was always done when we were in the room, so during our 3-night stay we did not get our room cleaned at all, even if we asked the staff to clean it later when we would not be there

I had previously stayed at this hotel and was very impressed so was looking forward to returning. We were checked in very quickly time. Our bungalow was spacious, modern and clean. It had a lovely balcony with pool view. The room had a safe box and hair dryer facilities. Strongly recommended!

When we arrived, we found the property as we saw it on the website. From our arrival, the hotel staff did everything to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They showed what it really means to work in hospitality and be good at what they do.

We were staying only 1 night but we were generally very impressed with the choice of food on offer both at breakfast and at the restaurant. If you’re looking for a wonderful and easy access hotel, this is a great choice!
