Absolutely recommended accommodation. It's located near some of the best beaches on the west coast and the airport peninsula, but if you don't feel like going far, there are lovely beaches with amenities just 5 minutes away. The property is spotless and quiet, the rooms are spacious, the beds extremely comfortable, and the linens are changed frequently. It also has easy access for people with disabilities. Apostolis is a delightful person, always present and helpful. He even allowed us to check out well past the official time, at no extra cost, since the room was available.

The deluxe room with a private pool is spacious and has a variety of utensils (Plates, glasses, pots, etc). There is also a compact fridge, microwave and a stovetop. All very clean and usable. I especially liked the private pool, it was clean and big enough for two people to float around. Water temperatures are a bit low, but that seems to be true for all small pools I've used. The shared pool was great with clean and warm water (1.30m to 1.75m). While the location seems somewhat odd from a satelite view, I found it quite enjoyable. The nearby road isn't very busy. Apostolis from reception was very welcoming and gave us a few good recommendations.

A basic espresso machine would be nice (A drip coffee maker is present). The bathroom door is glass, but at least the walls are solid.

This place is just fantastic, it's in a quiet and remote place so car rental is mandatory, but there are no crowds, waking up in the morning with the sea in your face and the quiet of Greece is just perfect for a vacation. The hotel is very modern, very clean, daily cleaning service in the room, the most perfect swimming pool we had in our Greece travels. The room is modern and has all the utilities. The staff is very kind and helpful. The balcony on the upper floor where you can sit in the lazy mornings, drink your coffee and watch the sea. Great value for money for an excellent vacation. The air conditioning is fantastic in the room to keep it cool. The final note, this place is located so good, that you can reach anything on the west side of the island by car in 1 hour (Balos beach, Falassarna beach, Elafonisi beach, Samaria Gorge etc)

The little fridge in the room does not play "cool". In the night when it starts it makes noise, it did not wake us but when you try to sleep and it starts it is just annoying.

The property was extremely well maintained, clean and modern. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with the bed also very comfortable. Balcony overlooking the pool and sea in the distance was lovely. The pool was nice, although rarely used. Free parking too. Host very friendly and helpful. They really are luxury apartments so value for money is exceptional.

It was slightly isolated, we had a car & would strongly suggest one for this property. If you don’t have a car there was a bus stop right outside which was handy to go to other towns. Closest town (kolymvari) was a 30min walk. Access to the beach was only 10min walk although to get to the beach bars / sunbeds was more like 30mins. It is apartments rather than a hotel so not much in the way for amenities, but we were well aware of this and so was perfect for what we wanted.

The room is big enough, cleaning was done daily, chancing the towels and sheets, kitchenette well equiped, everything at bathroom worked perfect. Also the balcony is equiped properly. It is located in a quiet area. The staff is helpfull and friendly. We recommend the location for all types of guest, couples or families. It is a good option if you travel by car for both - Chania and top rated beaches - Falasarna, Balos and even Elafonissi. There are few nice places to visit which are close: ancient olive tree from Vouves, Terra Creta olive oil tour, Botanical Garden (which is a gem on the island).

Maybe would be good to have mosquito net. We had a mosquito small lamp and it was fine.

The location is very comfortable and strategically well located so you can reach by car most of the attractions around (like Balos and Falasarna beach, Chania or Kissamos city). The structure is new, the room is very spacious and you can find everything you need in the room (a little kitchen, TV, towels and all the bathroom accessories). The room by itself was very clean and well maintained. The best part is that you have a sea view and your private balcony. The staff is very welcoming and responded to all our requests and questions. They even greeted us with a little gift.  We stayed for 3 nights and I definitely recommend this structure to everyone!

Very clean and inviting hotel with great amenities. The pool was a lovely place to chill and the balcony in the apartments were a great size to sit in the evenings. Room was a perfect size with everything you could possibly need! We had breakfast added twice whilst we were there and it was great range of different foods. Apostolis made our stay extra special as he was always available for help and even gave us a couple of rides to the local town which we were very grateful for - totally would recommend this place!

Everything was excellent, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, it was peaceful and quiet. The hotel was in a quiet secluded area, with very good options to eat around.

The breakfast wasn't very diverse, the good thing was that you could see the menu for the week and decide if you wanted or not. The private pool was cold (end of August), we couldn't use it for that matter (we stayed at the main pool, and it was perfect). Maybe, in the future, this pools will have a heating system.

We had an amazing time in this place. The host is very friendly and helpful and always ready to come up with advices on what to do, see and visit in the neighborhood. Both, the room, pool area and the rest of the facilities were very clean and well taken care of. One can see that it is not only the cheapest materials used and both the kitchen is functional, beds are comfortable and you can enjoy your time on balcony/terrasse on very comfortable chairs. We would definitely recommend others to stay in this place :)

Very quiet hotel, with really nice pool and view to the sea. The staff was very friendly and reactive to our questions. This is a good place to explore the area of west Crete (Balos...) and have a good rest at night. We had no private pool, but they are in front of the parking (for some rooms) and we could see them when we parked ... So no regrets not to have one !

The kitchen equipment was a bit light. There's been a power outage one morning at 6AM which led to an alarm and a strong light in the room preventing us to sleep. It was not the staff fault but still a bit bothering as we had no information and no one from staff was there.
