This is a great property in Kissamos. The suite where we stayed was nicely decorated, modern and clean. I could really see that the owner paid attention to little details. A great kitchen and a spacious living room. The suite that was assigned to us did not have a washing machine, which we thought we would have according to the booking.com reservation we had made. I was told that some suites do have washing machines, so I suggest you double-check with the property if you need a washing machine. Also, make sure you request for a key for the safety box in order to use it. Nevertheless, Eleni, who assisted us, was really kind. She prepared some Christmas/ New Year sweets for us on a nice plate. I think she really tries her best to run the business smoothly and makes guests happy. I hope to come back to this hotel. Hopefully, some of the issues will be resolved by then. I praise for its potentials and the owner’s passion on this property .

I just hope that they create a business Whatsapp account through which guests could contact during off-office hours. I had a bit of issue connecting her via SMS, which didn’t seem to reach her. Also, it is important that they provide a suite type according to what is sold (for example, with a washing machine).

I’m not sure how old this hotel is, but it felt brand new and very nicely done. Our room had plenty of space with balcony on the front overlooking the pool and one the back with a view of the mountains. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. We liked this place so much we extended our stay two days.

This is not a beach hotel. It’s about a 1 km walk to get to the beach. There is an expansion of the hotel currently under construction. It was noticeable, but it was never a problem.

Overall good stay with clean, modern rooms and friendly staff. Easy parking. The town was a bit uninspiring, so we left earlier than planned.

Only downside was the pillows, which were too thick and not comfortable to sleep with. They put effort into the breakfast with a big basket of bread and pastries, but in the end it was a bit too much and not everything was that enjoyable. The eggs and fruit were good though.

I can only say that our stay was exceptional. I highly recommend the apartment on the ground floor for people travelling with kids: spacious, bright, direct access to the pool. The owner will do everything to make your stay easy and comfortable! We were provided with a travel cot and a baby chair. Kitchen is well equipped, rooms can get fully dark even during the day, and all doors are new - these are all small elements that make a huge difference when travelling with a baby!! Breakfast is rich in selection and coffee/orange juice is fresh. We can’t wait to come back to Crete and to this property!

The apartment was huge, clean, spotless, well equipped, The staff was friendly. The location is walkable distance from the village center. Also the common areas are very organized and clean. Air condition worked properly.

I liked everything, Maybe one thing to mention for visitors: the swimming pool is not heat, so it could be cold a bit, but this is also not a problem when temperature hits the 30s.

Everything was amazing! Fantastic, friendly staff that made sure we were well looked after! The apartment was huge and very clean. It had everything needed. The pool was great for the kids and We arranged for a massage the day we checked out while they swam (well worth it!).

The hole structure is very beautiful and the staff is SUPER helpful. They organized for us a boat trip to visit Balos and helped us with many other things. The swimming pool is a big added value. The place is incredibly clean and the breakfast was majestic!

The bathroom floor does get very wet when showering and didn’t dry properly till the following morning. Using the bathroom after showers becomes quite difficult due to the floor being so wet.

Elina was wonderful -- from a friendly welcome to leaving a detailed, hand-written note answering our questions and offering tips for our stay. Winter means many things are closed, but we loved the peaceful walks and enjoyed the local, home cooked food.

The suites (ours was 2 bedroom) are v spacious, with super comfortable beds, large balcony and good kitchen dining space. Useful to have our own washing machine too. Very clean and kept clean and tidy every day. The pool and gardens are absolutely lovely. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi isn’t great
