Very clean place with a magical view from the restaurant. The staff couldn't be more friendly and they also have live music experience once a week, making the dinners even more magical. Make sure to pass by the bar where you can order the perfect cocktails! Maria, you are incredible!!! :)

The food was perfect, although you have a limited choice if you had paid for half board and some of the options in the menu were with additional payment. The sand is rocky, so make sure you have swimming shoes, because it can be pretty tricky to go in and out of the water.

The staff were really excellent, all spoke perfect English, nothing was too much trouble. There was a free electric car charging station. The view from our room (K16) was fantastic, as was the view from the outdoor restaurant. We shared a pool with three other units, but most of the time we had it to ourselves and once again a great view from the pool.

The beach was a bit of a disappointment, it was very Stoney when you entered the sea. There were better beaches nearby, but you need a car to get to them. The kitchen was not very well-equipped, no kettle or toaster. Breakfast at 25 Euros was overpriced and a bit chaotic.

Our stay was the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. We joined the daily yoga sessions by the shared pool, where the serene atmosphere and the sound of the waves in the distance set the tone for mindful morning. We also booked private fitness sessions with a knowledgeable instructor who tailored the workouts to our level—challenging yet enjoyable. The hillside location offered breathtaking views and refreshing sea breezes that made yoga session feel even more special. Our room was equally impressive—spacious, modern, and spotless, with a balcony overlooking the coast. It was the ideal retreat to unwind after our active day. We couldn’t have asked for a better wellness-focused getaway.

Our stay at Kappa Resort was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality — always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views. The food was simply delicious — every meal was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly presented. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return.

It was not well communicated that the property is not suitable for baby strollers or any kind of wheels. We were with a stroller and it was absolutely not possible to reach our suite without help - me and my husband needed to carry the stroller on hand through the stairs. The staff was very kind and explained that this is valid for all suites however it was not communicated during our reservation as that would be a deal breaker for us. Especially when we have explicitly pointed out that we are coming with a baby. So if you are in similar situation have this in mind. Everything else was perfect.

The staff, all of them but especially the staff from the breakfast area. Our “villa” was on the highest point, with a great view over the sea, Sythonia and even Olymp. The pool was clean but with a broken lead of thr filtering hole. Bad luck or not one of my kids got injured on his leg. Nothing serious but painfully. The pool area could be revised as some deck pieces are damaged as well. In the place we had. The breakfast was a nice experience and I had appreciated the care and the dedication of the stuff. Very “moving” and carefully to your needs. The hotel is located in a very peaceful area, you can use their reserved piece of beach or you can easily reach some other more alive/fancy beaches. The restaurant is good but not great but very very expensive compared with the options you have walking distance. Overall it’s not a bad choice but overpriced for what we’ve payed at least.

The condition of the villa is a bit outdated. The bathroom /shower is a big minus. They must consider some renovation/improvements. The cosmetics are very poor not to say cheap and insuficient. The beds are very but very uncomfortable. Both single and matrimonial beds/mattresses are really inappropriate for a sleep not a good sleep. As a consequence first night was quite a “white” one. Again, we appreciated the attitude of the staff. We’ve booked without breakfast but we’ve been upgraded with the breakfast as our room was not ready at our arrival. We had to wait like two hours to get our room. But it was not that difficult as we could reach the small beach next to the hotel.

Was far from the beach we had the Last villa ( good that they provide buggy cart) . The beach is not private at all . People can stay in the Middle of the private are with their belongings . Bit annoying. Its not à sandy beach . But very clearing water and not so crawded. The prices of the half board is outrageous, good tha we had à car to take à Nice dinner at Palouri for half of the price .

Outstanding resort, very silent location, excellent view from apartment, private pool was excellent, great breakfast, beach very close to the apartment (with the option of a ride on their golf cab), not overcrowded, very polite and helpful staff

breakfast offer could have been more variable, pool maintenance could be more dynamic and not only around midday

The food was great and the staff were so lovely really going above and beyond for anything we needed. The private beach is also so lovely and the sea is absolutely beautiful.

The Villa was poorly built but served the purpose well the keys kept not working so we had to keep going back to reception to get new ones but there was always someone on hand to help so it didn’t really impact us too much.
